iPod sound quality

I was listening to my iPod today and I could barely understand a word or make out the bass in one of my songs. So then I popped it into my iPod speakers and the sound quality was a lot better. Is it just my headphones or does anyone else have this problem??

Either a crappy quality mp3 or your headphones are jacked. Also check your bass and treble settings.

I have high bass settings on my equalizer. I think that it's just my crappy headphones since they are original iPod headphones from the wide Nano.

Those headphones are pretty crappy, mine died about 6 months after purchasing my i-pod. You could better one's from futureshop etc for about $25.00
