I love my Tassimo maker. This thing makes better coffee than my conventional maker. With all the different types of drinks it makes, it's like having your own personal Starbucks!

What are your favorite Tassimo drinks? I like the cappuccinos and lattes, not just for the premium taste, but because they give you a real strong buzz!

I like plain old Nabob or Maxwel House..... as for other makes, I have 7 left of an 8 pack of Starbuck House Blend you can have.

Hello fellow Tassimo lover! :)

I haven't tried the Maxwell House or Starbucks ones yet, but I have for the Nabob fellows and I drink them regularly. Have you tried the hot chocolate or any of the teas yet?

My Sister has one Alley. She just loves it for the reasons you point out, &
the ability to make a cup of coffee in a fraction of a minute.

I drink coffee by the pot, so it's not for me.

cappuccinos and lattes are for panzies.

Cappuccinos in Canada suck the big one. Once you have tasted a good European - Well then you know they suck here.
Had many a cup of coffee in the FRY made the old fashioned way. Now that lifted you up.

I hear ya. One thing I find annoying about conventional coffee makers is that, especially over time, the coffee just isn't hot enough. Not only does Tassimo make your drink in a fraction of a minute, but it comes out piping hot each time.

Maybe Santa will bring you one next Christmas. ;)

No, I really drink coffee by the pot. If I'm working out'a town &
make it home Friday night, with people coming and going, I go
through 3-4 pots of coffee.

"Hey, you have the coffee pot on?"....."Hell Yah!, come on by!"
....sort'a thing.

I get up in the morning on a weekend, & put on a pot of coffee.
By 10am I'm making the second one.

We have a Tassimo at work, and that's the only place I'd want one.

The coffee pales in comparison to decent coffee made at home, but in an office where people can't be bothered to wash the pot, it's better to have the Tassimo.

I like the pot I have at home, when I wake up in the morning, a fresh pot is ready for me, and by the time I leave for work, my wife and I have drunk the pot.

Really? What brand of coffee do you use at home?

It's not a 'brand', it's a locally roasted South American bean, Gaio Mountain they call it.

Tremendously rich dark roast.

'Brands' are for when you're on vacation at the cottage, or at work.

At home, that's the place for decent coffee.

Oh I see, sounds high end. I'm interested, so I'll take a look around Vancouver and see if I can find something similar. Thanks!
