Toronto and New York Tied for Second

So Toronto if they win will have a 46-34 record. and New York now has a 45-33 record. So if Toronto wins they will be tied. However, since the AL central has played so well they need to beat Boston to have anyt chance in the Playoffs.

But i will give you a number. The number 6. It has two meanings.

Its been six years since the New York Yankees have won a championship, and since then there has been six champions.

2001:Arizona
2002:Anaheim
2003:Florida
2004:Boston
2005:Chicago.

New Yorkers are well known for their courtesy, we have to give others a chance to win now and then eh?

I guess they do so that equalization doesn't take an even huger chunk out of their budget. What is it up to now, New york has to pay 100 million or so for other teams to compete.

Besides Baseball is basically what New York has now. Hockey, the Rangers and Islanders are okay at times, not really good but not really bad. In Basketball the Knicks are one of the biggest jokes now.

Well, we just have to see who will win the Championship this year, probably not Toronto, but it would be nice to get back into the Playoffs again.

Yeah, but i actually hopingf for Detroit. It's the closest American city close enough to Canada. If they did win i might fly down for some celebrations.
