If you didn't hear about it the Solheim Cup is the ladies version of golf's Ryder Cup. It was played this last week in Germany. US vs Europe. During on of the matches one of European golfers played a dirty trick, costing the US that particular match.

In matchplay-golf, short putts are generally conceded. One of the US gals had about an 18-inch putt left and the European's were walking away as if conceded (a gimme). After the US player picked up the ball the Euros complained to the rules official that they hadn't conceded the putt.

That cost the US the 17th hole and ultimately the match.

Julie Inkster, the US Captain, called it bull$hit and disrespectful. Laurie Davies, English golfing legend, called it a disgrace.

With one day remaining the US was in a huge deficit. However on the final day the US team pasted the Europeans and ultimately won the Cup. Karma's a bitch.

Ultimately the Norwegian girl. who called for the rule violation, apologized.
