" A spokesman for the governing body of high school sports in Massachusetts says a girls tournament hockey game likely won’t be replayed even though the parent of a player on one team is accused of aiming a laser pointer into the eyes of the opposing goalie. The Division I state preliminary game between Medway-Ashland and Winthrop came down to the third period on Wednesday night. Medway-Ashland took a 1-0 lead early in the third period. However, with just a few minutes left in the game, Winthrop made a major comeback scoring three goals in the final minutes of the game. The girls’ 3-1 win has not been celebrated as much as it has been debated. School faculty allegedly noticed a Winthrop parent pointing a laser into the eyes of the other team, including Medway-Ashland’s goalie. That parent was escorted out, but the damage may already have been done"
