A handwritten draft of the world's most famous bible has been discovered in England. It contains handwriting of dozens of authors from 1604-1608. That handwriting is a crucial find, because it reveals how they translated & assembled the text.

That is perfectly understandable. Fame has a proclivity of changing people for the worst sometimes.
Of course, having a rough childhood likely did not help either.

When I was a religious person I guess I was a King James only person. That was a long time ago. I think the New International Version is easier to understand. Just my opinion on a collection of books written by Men.
