What kind of silly statement is that, especially from you??

This is a young girl, there would be verifiable tearing of the genatals and evidence..

Don't try to equate a child rape to adult accusers who are looking for attention, 15 minutes of fame and money 25 years after the alleged incident.

You do realize that just because they are castrated that they still have the urge.

This idea of chopping of a dick will solve the problem is bullshit..

There is only one way to stop this kind of individual from doing it again. It is a mental condition.

More specifically, surgical castration followed by at least a year of therapy followed by the recommendation of at least two specialists. I other words, release should not be guaranteed just because he's been surgically castrated and then participated in therapy for a year. It should be conditional on the recommendatin of at least two specialists for good measure.

I agree that castration alone doesn't solve the problem; but apparently it does help in combination with therapy.

Should he refuse castration, then he can spend the rest of his life in prison.
