A BURGER van has launched a full English breakfast served inside an enormous loaf of bread.

Rolling Rolls in Bridgend, south Wales, serves up a butty containing sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns and beans - all smothered within a giant loaf.

Sometimes a solid breakfast is all you need to set yourself up for days

The firm, which specialises in burgers, hot dogs and breakfasts, came up with this unique way to serve the most important meal of the day after a customer recommended it as a challenge.

Owner Michelle Preston, 52, from Pontypridd, said: "Someone asked us to start it as a challenge and we thought why not?

"It has proved really popular with customers and so many people have been trying to finish it.

"It's quite a large breakfast and really it's for two people but most people seem to eat the whole thing by themselves."

Could you handle this beast?

First the ingredients are prepared

And then the loaf is prepared for its filling with a wall of baked beans

The huge breakfast contains four sausages, four rashers of bacon, four eggs, four hash browns and beans or tomato sauce for £10.

Extra hungry customers can upgrade for an additional £2 to get two pieces of black pudding too.

It is then hollowed into a freshly baked loaf of bread.

The breakfast is served from the van on Tremains Road until 2pm on weekdays. The owners are also looking at serving up vegetarian options.
