Most people have never seen such things before. This is just unbelievable. The foam covers big streets. High waves and flooding cause sea foam to cover the streets of Tossa De Mar, a seaside town in Spain. Itís a rare weird phenomenon not seen for years in the holiday resort near Girona in Catalonia. It is quite amazing to watch this video.

This often happens here. I remember Blackpool being covered in foam a few times.

Blackpool is in UK, on the shore. Places that are on the shore would have that.
