Better yet, become a housing developer, cut corners, sell homes at absurd prices to 20 year olds wanting to get in the housing market, disappear before people start dying.

I know the feeling, but ironically when you reach a certain age you quite often need to learn things you already knew. You'll find out. -

If Radon gas is a scam, it's huge one. It occurs naturally in a very large portion of the earth. R2000 homes make it worse
