httpS goings-on

thought I'd share a tidbit I uncovered...probably doesn't apply to most of you but it solved my own problem.

when the problem reared it's head here, I simply backed-off the https header then pasted the video address in a post...then a few months ago, big brother landlord massa google did some tinkering that made that impossibru with firefox as the page would automatically revert to the secure https state...so I used the IE browser in conjunction with FF as a workaround...

then I realized something: I always keep FF cookies for my more frequently used sites and logins...remained logged-into gmail, google, youtube and such as I do CC, photobucket or FB but hadn't with IE since it was so insecure and a sh!tty browser ta boot...ok said I and cleared all cookies this time and didn't sign back into google products (such as youtube and gmail) with FF...low and behold, there is no https problem because google doesn't know who I am, what my preferences are or what number rob ford is on my speed dial...not sure exactly what it really means but as long as I stay signed-out of google sites, it's good to go.

that's my story and I'm sticking to it...if it helps you any, fine...if it's a non-starter because y'all have new fangled computers, devices, browsers and such, ( I'm still with XP ) then bite me...but at least it ain't no secret.

i'm not logged into any google powered sites. the https still causes problems. sometimes when I've posted http without the s it still caused problems. if andem doesn't want to keep paying for vbulletin updates, is there a way that andem could keep updating vbulletin for free?

RE- https sites, I understood the "s" just meant it was a secure site where one could divulge personal information! Like if you are shopping on line you can post your credit card information on such a site. No??

Well they both can kill you but I think anaphylactic shock is better for your hair.

Sounds pretty severe, medical professional might be needed- maybe a hooker could accomplish the same thing at less cost!-

I am stuggling to figure out why I should care. Help me.

I still think, in general, women make better premiers than men. Bigger brains, more focus.

Sorry, I just thought that would fit.

Okay but it will require some string, a dozen eggs, and fifty thousand dollars. It's okay, you can trust me. I've modeled the program after AA except I do it in six steps instead of twelve. Twice as efficient that way.

Well, it's random, so in that sense it fits in almost anywhere, no?

He didn't take it; he shovelled it.
