Hard to lose your job, I wonder what the numbers were in the great depression. Hopefully the people can find jobs . Instability sucks.

I didn't realize you were suicidal. I didn't think bottom feeders get all that upset.

Clearly it's the bourgeois slitting their wrists.

I highly doubt it is native Albertans that are offing themselves. Probably comes after their pogy runs out.

No we don't, and neither do men.

Its kinda pathetic that we are stuck thinking that men are immune to any and every form of emotional stress and abuse.

While on the flip side a lot of men grow up thinking that being in touch with their emotions is for, pussies.

I'm a registered Republican in Texas, and I won't vote for the United Conservative Party with JasonKenneySucks.com @ the helm.. (a domain I own)

Wild Rose should have stayed The Wild Rose.. that's who I voted for last time..

Brian Jean was in the forefront of the forest fires up North.. no other leader really gave a shit.

Now: Alberta Party - Centre Together - Get's my vote, maybe even the NDP.

I hear ya, and will probably take a better look at the AB Party.

... Do me a favor though, for a protest vote, at least try Liberal before the NDP

NDP, NDP! They grow the economy and die hard conservatives would rather throw the province into tail spin over political dogma. Bunch of brain locked retards. But we have come to expect that from Alberians.

NDP leadership and/or policy is not the factor here.

It's earning season right now and there is also a move where the weak have been or are being weeded out. Those that are healthy or have survived the storm can buy up cheap cash flow and expand their bottom line.

That said, this has little or nothing to do with gvt policy.... But I would be open to hear other opinion on the matter

Funny that Trump was also in office at the same time too... Why not credit him with a rising AB economy?

(figured that Cliffy would choke a little on that)

AB is a net exporter of both oil and gas... USA is by far and away the biggest customer

Not now, the USA are producing their own oil & gas more and more.. less dependant on Canadian resources.. The Cline Shale is a perfect example of how the USA is turning away from Alberta Gas.

Don't I know it, all the property I've purchased in the Southwest over the Cline Shale is paying off big time.. 7 figures big time.

Buying shrub lands for pennies on the dollar..

City lot cost me $1,000

Spent about $15,000 on shrub land and got well over 65 acres. Now I'm starting to get royalties.

$230,000 reasons a year why Texas Gas is better than Alberta Gas..

Now buying up cheap land in Canada for a bigger payout..

Permian basin development.. Big shale play down there. Mind you, you had better have all the docs proving you own what's underneath your acreage otherwise, you'll just get surface lease options which pay far less

That said, oil or gas out of a shale play generally has huge IP rates, but drops like a rock once it gets moving. This pressures the development Co to continually drill, frac, etc... Expensive game.

Cdn gas still makes it down for LNG export to the Gulf Coast, those guys are up here signing contracts all the time.

Once Jordan Cove gets moving, there wil be further demand on Cdn resources as well

I don't collect EI or Welfare..

1. I'm not entitled to it.. I own property

Also I don't think class 1 drivers in Canada can get EI or Welfare, I may be wrong, it's because there is always a friggin job available.

2. I'm to rich

3. Mining.
