Sounds good to me... Keep a bag of marshmallows in the glove box in your car... Be nice to roast 'em over the embers of your torched house.

PS - don't forget to cancel that capitalist insurance on the home and do remember, you torching the place cancels any insurance

Capitalism supports our socialism.

Government paid fire fighting is socialism.

Shocking eh?

Whatever that kind of social interaction is made possible by the profits of capitalism . Good luck finding resourcefulness, innovation , work ethic , attitude in an atmosphere where everyone including your supervisors are equal .

Yes we are all in awe of how much resourcefulness, innovation and work ethic the capitalists are showing as they take the government handouts to save their worthless asses.

Inspiring.

Municipality pay for fire protection and paid for by property taxes, and donations.

I have stated several times that our socialist institutions are funded by capitalism. I believe you even gave me a green on that very statement.

I'll accept your apology if given but you're not much a man so I don't expect one.

I call them volunteers. Nothing wrong with that, very common in rural areas. My Father in-law is one but if a house caught fire up there it's likely to burn to the ground before the first drop of water hits it.

This isn't just firefighting. Policing, parks, education, health, roads...etc.

All funded by capitalism which it also benefits from.

Every western capitalist country has some form of socialism.

Healthcare is a good example of the benefits of socialism.

All we need to do is compare ourselves to America to see how and why socialism is better-suited to provide this necessity than is capitalism.

For a very limited part of the economy. The majority of the Chinese economy is government-commanded and/or heavily regulated, in a fashion that I do not think Adam Smith would regard as "capitalist."

Disincentives to pissing off the powers that be include a bullet in the back of the head.

This is what funds CPP, it's not contributions sitting in a bank or in bonds.

Inspiring.

Where did the government get that money in the first place? And how do they expect to repay it?
