I happened upon one of Jamie's shows awhile ago and was really taken by how easy it was to prepare decent, attractive healthy meals in such a short amount of time. Today I learned how to make Tandoori Chicken and Coconut Buns with a fresh greens salad - all in 15 minutes. I do find I have to go to his website from time to time to check on ingredients as I have a hard time understanding what he is adding to my hearing deficiency and his accent - but it is always worth the trip.
