What should Canada do if there's a civil war in the U.S.?

According to writer Stephen Marche, all signs point to a burgeoning civil war in America.
Between a series of social and political upheavals, a stream of natural disasters, and Donald Trump's presidential policy of breaking norms, Marche says it's only a matter of time.
In an essay called "America's Next Civil War" for The Walrus, Marche paints a dystopian vision of an America riven by war, drought and paralyzing political dysfunction. And he poses the question — what should Canadians do to prepare for this terrifying scenario?

Looks to be about the caliber as a paintball gun. 2 settings when using propane, low where air pressure alone propels the munition and when a spark is included to magnify the speed 3x and that would be a kill shot or sever a main joint completely.

Where would the World Bank be without 'the sky is falling' kind of drama. Baby Boomers are not going to pay down what we spent, why should the next generation be any different. We left them a fukked up country, they cannot make it any worse by piling the same amount of debt..
