It ain't like they won the Stanley Cup. While we happen to be talking about the worst spectator sport on earth....how arrogant is it to name it the 'world series' when only 1 country plays.

Until you lot in America and Canada stop playing silly, infantile sports - like silly boys' rounders and knocking lumps of plastic around a big chunk of ice - then people around the world will continue to not take your major sporting events seriously.

Until then...

I can't work up too much enthusiasm about Beantown winning anything. What are they famous for? Tea? At least St. Louis is famous for beer! -

That's more like it. A PROPER sport.

There's a reason why everyone in the world likes football but nobody outside North America likes baseball.

Football's a more manly sport than baseball.

In Britain, baseball is a sport for schoolgirls only, except we call it rounders.

American baseball is "silly boys' rounders".

And there are PROPER sporting events involving PROPER sports going on in the world at the moment.

The World Cup of the world's most brutal sport after boxing - Rugby League - is taking place in England and Wales and, in cricket, the Ashes is about to get underway in Australia.

Yet you lot are more interested in the fact that some team with a childish name playing a girly sport that nobody outside America is interested in has just won a sporting event inaccurately called the "World" Series.

Jesus wept.

In this picture, it is clear that the player is carrying a purse and a new skirt for the fancy dress party after the match...

Someone photo-shopped out the packages, but it is clear - much like the photo with the UK born players sporting the jerseys of Britains favorite team (Argentina) that they all have purses.

Does Ronaldo always strike those poses or is that just a shot of him pranking around with his teammates?

There aren't many UK born players in the Argentina team. Not the last time I looked anyway.

And it's hard to take you seriously when you suggest that an ENGLISH football fan would support the ARGENTINA football team. They are two countries which have a big rivalry on the football pitch as well as off it. And many of us still haven't forgiven the Argies for the Hand of God.

Nah, Blackloaf is clearly still searching (thus far in vain) for something that will make him feel like a man.

FIFA admitted that they photoshopped-out the purse and packages... Fact.

Now, explain this:

The reason the Premier League is so good but England is so bad is that all the first-class talent in the Premier League is non-English.
