Recently NASA released images from their Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO). Canadian Phil Stooke examined the images and found an image of a long lost Russian lunar rover.

We need to go to the Moon or Mars soon. Life is all about big rockets going into space. We have to make another colony beyond Earth.

Yep, but we'd better learn how to run a planet properly so we can do a good job.

Yep, you only have to touch it to claim it, barring any previous owner lawsuits that might come up from said action and claim.

So why not American equipment, were they stealth way back then?

How does a derelict rover on the moon turn into another Mid East free-for-all?

Why pick that part of the post to reply to? I erased some of it, happy?
Starting at home would mean on Earth, the moon is an 'off-world' place.
