Shocking news, a President keeping his word. Everyone flabbergasted.

Good for him.

I don't know how far you are from the border... but it looks like you folks may be back to cross border fill ups.

Seems like the reaction from most other countries is "we're disappointed or whatever. It's your loss."

It was designed to fail for all industrialised countries, it was designed to redistribute our tax dollars to the third world

Of course it was. It was always about the money and never about the climate.

And THAT is where all the rage is coming from today.

Because we do so much business with the US, their policies have always impacted us. The political scientists will have to grapple with the question of how the US withdrawal from the Paris agreement will affect things here.

And certainly not the predictions of journalists with no background in climate control or economics.

Is that a covfefe reaction?

There was no conspiracy... every single climate conference and agreement had one goal... Money. Money and how it is going to be distributed. They've been crystal clear about it all along.

The Feds withdrew.

The states and cites didn't.

It's all good.

....but that speech.

Funny stuff.

I'll try to find it, but I heard a sound bite on the radio this afternoon where Trump said that he would attempt to renegotiate the deal, as long as it is in the US interest.

If they can, they can, he said. If not, we tried.

I don't think you know how this U.S Government thing works.

I'll go with that. Nothing wrong with cutting a deal like China did.

Trudeau 'deeply disappointed' after Trump withdraws from Paris climate agreement | Daily Hive Vancouver

The three countries not part of the Paris Climate Accord:

Nicaragua
Syria
U.S.A.

Let that sink in.

Take all the time you need.

Goodness the dumb snowflake Trumpkins are out in force. Thinking that Don the Con has strengthened the deniers case is laughable - the moron has simply demonstrated his moronic nature in extremis.

Doesn't really matter. The Dumpster does not have the power to change the direction his nation and the rest of the world is moving.
