The Quebec-born 25-year-old Bouchard calls the hotel home base when sheís not competing.
Cops say Azari posed as her brother for about two months, using her account for dining at Habitat restaurant and boozing on the rooftop bar.
Bouchard told detectives she does not know Azari and he did not have her permission to ring up the bill.
Bouchard is currently preparing for the U.S. Open in New York.
In recent years, she has become better-known for her bikini-packed Instagram page and modelling than her tennis game.
