USA is in the final!

Engerland applied an interesting strategy. You're down 2-1 in the last 10 minutes, so you fail to convert a PK and then pull a red card.

Clever.

Hope US lose cuppa

HEREíS Alex Morgan, scorer of the goal which knocked our Lionesses out of the World Cup.

She annoyed people by miming the act of drinking tea. Because thatís what Brits do, of course.

When the much better Ellen White scored for England she should have mimed shooting people in a school.

Anyway Morgan, we now all hope you get stuffed in the final.

Of course, the Women's Football World Cup hasn't really caught the imagination here. Nobody, apart from the MSM, is interested. We prefer football played by men, as intended.

The real interest in England currently lies in the Cricket World Cup - cricket is England's national summer sport. England have just reached the semi-final for the first time since 1992 after beating New Zealand. They'll pay either India or Australia in that semi-final.

Next time England wins Blackshirt's great-grandkids can swing by his grave and tell him all about it.

Women’s soccer is men’s soccer in super slo-mo. US women’s team lost to a team of 15 year old boys in Dallas.

And they wonder why they don’t get paid as much as men.

Women's National Team Drops Flag on Ground

Quote:

Benghazi hero John ďTIGĒ Tiegen pointed out that the blunder happened despite the fact that players were briefed on proper flag etiquette.

ďI know dragging it on the ground and throwing it down like itís a piece of paper isnít part of that. Itís not hard to hand it off and celebrate. Your coaching staff or trainers are there to take it. Damn Amazing disrespect for a photo op,Ē he wrote, addressing Long, then adding a thank-you to OíHara for picking up the flag.
