Soooo we're accepting supplies from a country that has lied about the outbreak since the beginning, being delivered by a country that people like you whined about interfering in the US election, ostensibly for some nefarious purpose.
Yep, life has become a real-life Twilight Zone and we're being fed nothing but bullshit. We need to start asking some serious questions. If six feet apart is fine for grocery stores, Walmart and the like, how is 6 feet not good enough at the beach or park?
If this virus is as "deadly" as they claim, why aren't we seeing the homeless dying by the thousands?
If masks actually work, then why are so many businesses closed? And if they don't work, then are we constantly being told to wear one?
Why is the Bill and Melinda Gates "Foundation" the second-largest funder of the WHO? And why does Bill keep pushing for a vaccine that is likely to only provide 60-70% herd immunity (his estimate) while saying naturally achieving a 90% herd immunity is not acceptable?
Why did our federal govt increase the carbon tax, give themselves a raise and then claim it was too "dangerous" to go to work (thus a skeleton Parliament) and continue to pay themselves while who knows how many Canadians are being forced to stay home from work and not get paid?
Why are multi-billion dollar companies getting bail-outs when the average person is expected to have several months savings for just such an emergency? The big companies have billions in assets they can use to get low-interest loans, you
(collectively), do not.
Why are deaths "from Covid-19" being fudged? I'm not talking about cases of comorbidity, I mean where someone clearly died of something else, was never tested for Covid-19, and yet that is what's stated as their cause of death. Both New York State and Pennsylvania (at least) have several thousand deceased each who were declared dead of Covid-19 without ever being tested for it.
This is just another form of SARS, quite a bit more infectious but a substantially lower mortality rate, and yet we didn't shit our pants and shut everything down over SARS. Hell no, we had f*cking open air concerts! This time around though it's questionable whether anyone will be able to go to their cottage this month, even though it was okay for the Trudeau family to go to theirs over Easter.
Hospitals all over Ontario are practically empty. Some around here have even shut the lights off in various units. You'd think they'd be overwhelmed by Covid patients but nope.
Some specialists and researchers are even suggesting that the number of people worldwide who are infected is quite a bit higher than what's being stated but that they are either asymptomatic or have/had symptoms that are mild enough to not bother them much. So it's likely they've never been tested, especially considering the lack of available testing. Thus US has tested more people than any other country and they've tested a little under 1.5 million people, out of a country of almost 350 million.
The media also has a history of helping spread panic for whatever reason. Y2K is a perfect example. The issue was known back in the early 90's and dealt specifically with date sensitive documents and things like Old Age Pensions. The media knew this because THAT is who I heard about it from. How it morphed from that into power grids failing, nukes self-launching and aircraft falling out of the sky is beyond me, but the media was only too happy to help in causing/spreading fear and panic in the population over it.
I don't buy into conspiracy theories. The 9/11 conspiracy theorists make me laugh for example. But something about this shit has been nagging at me for a few weeks now. My instincts are telling me something is very wrong about all of this and over the decades I have learned to trust those instincts. They literally saved my life on 2 occasions and have saved me from what would be been a few other nasty situations. The first (and only time) I didn't trust my instincts it ended badly.
It would seem to me instead of shutting down entire countries for what is a pretty goddam survivable virus for most people, maybe we should look more at isolating those most at risk of dying if they get it, making sure they're properly looked after of course, and let everyone else get on with their lives.
Based on un-inflated mortality rates (2% max) if every single person on the planet got infected it would result in around 140 million deaths, at most. Currently the UN estimates there are 130 million people at risk of starving to death because of all the Covid shutdowns ON TOP of the roughly 130 million that were already at risk before this shit started. You do the math. The "treatment" is worse than the disease.
Why? Depopulation. Here's the simple truth. The only true
clean energy is using less energy. That doesn't just mean electricity, that means ALL of our resources. Unless there's a miraculous advance in energy technology, we can't keep generating new power to meet the ever increasing annual demands for it. And unless WE cut WAY back on our consumerist ways, with more countries gaining more consumer spending power, meeting the demand for all the earth's resources will be untenable.
We unintentionally created a monster when we developed modern medicine. We took ourselves out of the natural cycle of life and create our own artificial lifespan(s) that are NOT anywhere near in sync with nature. Infant mortality rates have plummeted meaning more people needing those resources. We now live roughly twice as long as we used to as a species and so that means more of us needing those resources for twice as long.
David Attenborough said "Nature is out of balance". Well, he's right and wrong. WE took ourselves out of balance with nature and as such have f*cked it up pretty good.
The solution is simple. Either start consuming less now and teach your kids to as well so there's actually something left for their kids, or just f*ck off and die right now. Either one will help save the planet for future generations.
