Could be called a 'White Pizza' too I supposed-Tanoor flatbread, EVOO, roast Garlic, chopped Red Onion and shredded Mozza all cooked for 15 minutes.
A stunning success if only because I resisted my innate tendency to overload Pizza- this almost minimalist approach works well with the nutty roast Garlic, sweet Onion and silky EVOO.
