He will be alright , the rebound is coming .

Yes- the rebound is coming - in TWELVE TO EIGHTEEN MONTHS! Maybe longer!

And when it arrives - it WILL BRING ALL the old LIE-beral madness with it!

Here is an older article illustrating the level of INSANITY that existed among LIE-berals BEFORE Wuhan Virus came along - and after Wuhan Virus is over and done - we can expect the madness to resume! With some comments of my own in brackets):

Justin Trudeau bungles great opportunity to advance First Nations pipeline

By David Staples • Edmonton Journal

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau speaks during a news conference about the government's decision on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project with Finance Minister Bill Morneau and Environment Minister Catherine McKenna in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, June 18, 2019.

(Yes- I know the article is an OLDER ONE - but when things get back to normal in 12 - 18 months - the subject matter will come back to HAUNT US AGAIN!)

The photo op we need to see during the 2019 federal election campaign is the photo op we likely won’t see.

Who would be in the photo? Federal leaders Andrew Scheer, Jagmeet Singh, Elizabeth May and Justin Trudeau, each of them posing with leaders from the many dozens of First Nations across Western Canada who strongly support and want an ownership stake in the Trans Mountain Expansion pipeline.

Canada’s future prosperity — and in particular the prosperity of Indigenous Canadians — has a new hope around proposed First Nations ownership in pipelines like TMX.

(This is UTTER DELUSION! Natives have NO experience of operating a pipeline! Why saddle them with responsibility for something they cannot handle? Unless of course you are setting them up - TO FAIL? LIE-berals have told us they want to KILL the Cdn oil patch and how better than to put it into the hands of sloppy operators who lack the skill to guarantee a reliable supply?)

(Natives have already PROVEN they often cannot handle a LOCAL operation such as a drinking water plant - one has only to read of the ”Kashetchewan water tragedy” to recognize the truth of frequent native incompetence! Or we could recall the CBC News report that trumpeted the ending of a boil water advisories on three reserves that shared a drinking water facility! For 20 years the plant SAT IDLE - because there was nobody licensed to operate the facility - until a local kid stepped forward! First the kid graduated from high school and then went to college and graduated from that as well - WITH a license to operate the water plant! For reasons not hard to understand - the kid was immediately hired and the plant restored to operation - boil water advisory ENDED!)

Most crucially, if our major pipeline projects are ever going to gain approval in our courts and with the general public, Indigenous participation and part ownership is necessary.

(That is LIE-beral Fake News! The radical minority currently blocking roads and rail lines DO NOT represent the majority- not of natives and not of Cdns generally! The ugly truth is that we CANNOT EVER ensure total unanimous support for any project either on a reserve or beyond! Some people simply CHOOSE to make trouble for a society they do not like!)

(The truth is that native traditional society HAS NO MECHANISM for resolving such disputes! And radical natives are being abetted by LIE-berals as they make their INSANE demands and as they REJECT the concept of one person with one vote and majority rule - becaue the Radicals have ALREADY been outvoted! Radicals dispute the authority of elected leaders! Radicals are engaged in a political coup against Cdn democratic govt -and that suits cynical power mad Soviet Socialist LIE-berals to a “T”!)

Of course, May and Singh will never appear at such a photo op. They favour the environmental agenda of privileged green voters in big cities over jobs and wealth for Indigenous people scattered in communities across western Canada.

(The UGLY TRUTH of the LIE-beral carbon tax SCAM is that it is a govt gravy grab with the gravy being used to BUY LIE-beral supporters at the expense of the general public! The LIE-beral pals will maintain or even expand their carbon foot print due to their ENTITLED status and extra shares of gravy while the rest of us are systematically impoverished!)

As for Justin Trudeau, he continues to make a mess of TMX.

Yes, Trudeau said in June when his cabinet re-approved TMX that some amount of Indigenous ownership was in the cards, but Trudeau has failed to move on his promise.

The Liberal strategy appears to be keep the TMX issue on the back burner for now, to treat it as a done deal and hope that it doesn’t become a major election issue that will turn off green voters in Vancouver, pushing them into the Green or NDP camps.

(Too late for that - Alberta has a $67 Billion dollar debt that is now rising FAST as Wuhan Virus hurts us all - and once things get back to normal - both Alberta and Ottawa WILL DESPERATELY NEED all the oil tax revenue they can get! The LIE-beral dream of killing the Cdn oil patch HAS BEEN KILLED OFF - by Wuhan Pestilence and economic chaos!)

(Once the Wuhan Plague passes on - our DEBAUCHED economy and massively multiplied debt loads will DEMAND servicing- SWIFTLY! WE owe huge sums already to United States, Germany and Japan and these countries have their own economic issues - and are notable for having NO PATIENCE with free spending Cdn LIE-berals!)

(Govts around the world are in currently in panic survival mode for the time being but a day of reckoning WILL COME - and it will destroy LIE-berals and their idiot polices!)

Interesting that, in this time of self isolating and social distancing, BC and Canada are pushing ahead with pipelines construction in northern BC, building and moving man camps. With BC having the highest incidents of Covid 19 in Canada, it seems rather hypocritical... or is it?

On March 9th, I posted: Just had a thought... what if this coronavirus scare is about keeping people from going to rallies and protests. Would take a lot of presser off the Royal Canadian Mounted Pigs and the government. They could just ram through pipelines and mining projects without pesky carbon based units getting in the way. Just a thought. Do with it what you will.

As a friend mentioned... "I doubt the corona virus and attending hysteria has been planned by the RCMP and the powers that be but why wouldn't they notice the advantage?"

Trans Mountain expansion is not all it’s cracked up to be

https://www.thestar.com/opinion/let...xpansion-is-not-all-its-cracked-up-to-be.html

It’s not April Fools, and this is no joke, but according to data from Statistics Canada, an average of 20,547 bbl/d (barrels per day) of Alberta crude were shipped to Asia via the Westridge Marine Terminal of the Trans Mountain Pipeline during 2018.

Unless you want to call it a sad joke. Because in other news, according to U.S. energy market consultant RBN Energy, since the ban on most exports of U.S. crude was lifted in late 2015, the volumes of mostly light, sweet crude from the Permian and other U.S. shale plays being shipped overseas have taken off: from 600,000 bbl/d in 2016 to about 1.1 million in 2017, two million in 2018 and nearly three million in 2019.

RBN says volumes averaged north of 3.1 million bbl/d in the first two-plus months of this year and they often spike higher: for example, nearly 4 million bbl/d was sent out the week ended Feb. 28.

There is no other Canadian oil export pipeline that can access new, diverse, undiscounted, world-priced foreign markets. That’s a real joke. The Trans Mountain expansion will primarily continue to serve U.S. Puget Sound refineries, and access California refineries, and U.S. Gulf Coast refineries via the Panama Canal.

It will be less than competitive in world markets due to severe tanker cargo size limitations imposed by the shallow waters under Vancouver harbour’s Second Narrows bridges. And the joke is on Canadians, especially Albertans.

I mentioned this before. The theory that the expansion will somehow open up other markets for Alberta oil is ridiculous.

Except for the not insignificant fact that many of the camps are scaling back or shutting down to help prevent the spread. IF you had been paying attention for the last 5 years you would know that the federal government has been the biggest stumbling block to pipeline construction. trudOWE has even given taxpayer money to pipeline protesters. Without an anti west government Transmountain and CGL would both be pumping product by now.

I would have thought it was the lawsuits and the protesters and the lack of any economic benefit.

Nobody wants the federal government to throw another $15 billion into actually building the ridiculous pipeline do they.

The expansion should obviously be shelved due to the economic emergency.

Will there even be an oil company running in Alberta by the time they completed the thing?

No idea why Mr Trudeau bought it. It was the main reason I didn't vote for him.

This amounts to genocide. While Trudeau's administration claims that they are going to enforce fines on people failing to self-isolate, they are allowing transient CGL workers to run amok in Indigenous territories. Trudeau and Horgan are the bearers of infected blankets, your genocide is showing.

I thought there were going to be jobs for people who live along the line.

Is it possible that an oil company was lying?

Canadian Crude Index
9.110 0.00%

It isn't even worth pushing that shit through the pipeline at these prices.

Why ? Do you not like the cheap fuel ? The Liberal government obviously aren’t happy , the lack of consumption is forcing a rise in the carbon tax to make up for the revenue neutral shortfalls .The funny thing is the most fuel being used is by essential services and fuel is a tax write off .

When you sell something for less money than it costs you to make you become what is known as "insolvent".

That is what the oil industry is.

It doesn't matter how much money the government gives them.
