I think it's probably time to get away from the connotation of basement suites with losers. There are a lot of productive and contributing people who rent basement suites, my son and his girl friend included!

I just googled Bloomberg for a quick gander. Would Trump have an uphill battle against him in a run for president? He was mayor of N.Y.C. for about a decade. One would think that would qualify him for something!
