40 years of conservative governments and 10 years of Harper could not get a pipeline through

Always somebody else's fault ... never responsibility for your own outcomes.

Alberta is Third World.

VICTIMS!!! .... a!ways VICTIMS!!!

Take a pill there princess... Albertans choose not to be victims, hence the interest in western separation.

... We'd find out pretty fast how long it would take the ROC to transform into a desolate 3rd world country without the cooperation of the resource sector in the west

Time to eliminate transfer payments to the east until this is rectified.

Kenney has already proposed a referendum on AB participating in that program.

I'm very confident that given the chance, it will be a landslide vote to exit equalization

40 years of Conservatives are what made Alberta into a have proivince. One term of Notely and trudOWE ****ked all that up.

The flip-side on your comment is that the last 40 years of liberal leadership on the Fed scene has resulted in Canukistan being unnecessarily deep in debt and a laughing stock on the international stage

Even 16 years of good government in BC couldn't completely undo the damage done by the previous 10 years of dipper mismanagement. Like all the protected areas that bestroyed our forest industry. I fear that trudOWE's tanker baan on the west coast will be impossible to undo although perhaps it could be ignored. Or it will be circumvented by Eagle Spirt line using Hyder for a port costing us hundreds of good paying jobs and the tankers will travel through the same waters. Same with TM. If the oil can't go out through BC ports it will flow to Washington State and tankers will goe through the same water and again we loose both jobs and control over the product.

This is the real problem with having piss-poor leadership, the cost of undoing the damage done.

It's too bad for BC. A province so rich in natural resources, ports to transport goods and yet the only resource that the gvt gets behind is coal and leaves mining, forestry, oil/gas, etc twisting in the wind.

There is absolutely no reason why BC's economy couldn't be the biggest powerhouse in NorAm

I wonder how much a loss that tesla will suffer on this latest debacle
When average Zho eggroll buys an EV It'll be one of these or one like it for under $6K USD.

Maybe Trump will prohibit the export of lectrikery cars to China.

The Chinese gvt likely demanded that the EVs are manufactured totally in China only using Chinese labor and materials... Good chance that the gvt also set the price point

Musk just wants some kind of positive news to help buoy his flailing company

It'll be interesting considering that China already has an electricity generation problem.

Hopefully tesla engineers the vehicle such that an ICE engine can easily be dropped in

You can only own a vehicle in China for 5 years then it's crushed and recycled.
