Apparently, to commit systematic, deliberate and highly focussed mass murder. This was not spontaneous, nor are the other mass shootings. They are deliberately carried out by exceedingly obsessive but otherwise sane people who truly believe that those who die deserve it.
Inappropriate ... or should they be allowed to be armed for that reason?
