Kurds have been fighting Turks since before we all were born!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Yankees started to rebuild Iraq and it became apparent that Kurds and Iraqis dont get along well..........................


its just the USUAL Muslim thing -the majority of Iraqis are Shia -as opposed to the Kurdish Sunni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


There are Sunni Iraqis but many are apparently politically powerless Marsh Arabs that Saddam Husein tried to EXTERMINATE!!!!!!!!!



I asked if JUST MAYBE IT WAS TIME to CREATE KURDISTAN out of a chunk of northern Iraq!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


In doing that - the new "Kurdistan" could have taken in many of those Kurds now marooned in northern Syria.........................


and currently fighting Turks for control of a safe territory in northern Syria!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


But of course the traditional Kurdish "homeland" in Iraq also happens to have LOTS OF OIL..............................


that Iraq WANTS to fund its own reconstruction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


At that time I asked if MAYBE it might not be best to create Kurdistan in Iraq ..............................


BUT HAVE THE OIL REVENUE SHARED between Kurds and Iraq??????????????????/


Perhaps under U.N. oversight????????????????????????????


Create a Kurdistan in northern Iraq - where a LOT of Kurds already live.................................


and you might just ease the fight between Kurds and Turks.............................


and if the Kurds clear out of Syria then the Syrian refugees in Turkey MIGHT GO BACK HOME?????????????


Of course THAT STILL LEAVES Dictator Assad and his Russian allies with their supplies of Sarin Nerve gas and other treats...........


that Assad happily hands out to people he does not like............................................
