Once a magazine or newspaper is sold to the public..............

and the first thing the Muslim web site did.................................
was DELETE ALL OFFENSIVE MATERIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which happened to be written in Arabic................................
so it was accessible to The Faithful........................................
BUT not to white people...........................................
and once the evidence was GONE.............................
the Muslim web site sued the woman for defamation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pity the poor LIE-berals who cannot decide what to do about national security. They don’t want to be blamed if there is an ISIS atrocity committed here-and they don’t want to get tough with potential Jihadists either as it might cost them immigrant votes that they will need so desperately in the next election - now that they are breaking so many of their promises to civil service Working Family Hogs! LIE-berals rode to power on a HUGE wave of civil service greed-they were starved of new gravy and Justin Trudope PROMISED to deliver-and so far he has FAILED miserably! OTTAWA — The federal public safety minister Ralph Goodale is keeping the door open to the idea of Canada’s spy agency crunching potentially sensitive data about innocent people.
(In this world of suicide bombers and traitors who live amongst us, who can say if a person is innocent? Security data is mined by computers who simply sweep up any person who happens to write or utter certain words and phrases. It is then left to cops to investigate-and just like with catching drug dealers and hit men-it often takes time to assemble proof-which LIE-beral hug a thug judges don’t like as they want INSTANT proof right now-or set the thugs free! LIE-beral BIAS hampers proper police work of seeking out multiple gang members-whether terrorists or drug dealers! This would not be so problematical if LIE-berals had not let in so many potential jihadists AND organized crime clowns!)
Ralph Goodale told MPs at a House of Commons committee Thursday he is weighing views on whether the Canadian Security Intelligence Service should be allowed to retain and use such information.
Last month Federal Court Justice Simon Noel said CSIS violated the law by keeping electronic data about people who were not actually under investigation.
(So the LIE-beral solution is to change the law? Rather than make more thorough investigation? Just because there is no proof right now does not mean there never will be proof later! Unless cops hands are tied by LIE-berals seeking votes!)
(And isnt that exactly how we got into the mess with the “No Fly List”?? And is this not why we are BEING SUED by various SUSPECT Muslims who got swept up in the national security panic after 9/11??????????????????)

And Chretien sent off a NICE BIG LIST of Muslims living in Canada - THAT OUR GOVT SUSPECTED might be bad guys -BUT COULD NOT BE BOTHERED INVESTIGATING for fear of losing Muslim votes!!!!!!!!!!!)
CSIS processed the metadata beginning in 2006 through its Operational Data Analysis Centre to produce intelligence that can disclose intimate details about individuals.
Metadata is information associated with a communication, such as a telephone number or email address, but not the message itself.
(In other words, if you phone a terror suspect living here-who happens to be under active investigation-then YOUR phone number will be saved for POSSIBLE later investigation. If the main terror suspect is nailed, then cops will logically follow all connecting trails to his ass hole pals-and that may include you! Gosh, what a TERRIBLE invasion of YOUR privacy?)
The court ruling means metadata can be kept and used by CSIS only if it relates to a specific threat to Canadian security or if it is of use to an investigation, prosecution, national defense or foreign affairs.
(In other words, Csis has been operating under long standing and traditional British style laws in which persons suspected of operating under the direction of a foreign power do not enjoy the same level of legal protection as ordinary citizens who simply don’t like the existing govt. it is one thing, for instance to despise LIE-berals and to want them kicked out of office by popular vote-but it is quite another thing to advocate removing them with dynamite! Its an even worse political sin to seek a supply of dynamite and advice on how to handle it from a foreign power seeking to harm our country. Given the realities of modern terror operations, Hezzbollah, Hamas, Al Quaida and ISIS ALL qualify as foreign powers!)
(The reality gets even messier when we consider how many people have been allowed into Canada from places that are quite literally AT WAR with Canada-thanks to that LIE-beral made immigration sieve! Most of the Middle East qualifies as being at war with the West-and that means Canada as well as United States, France and Britain.)
(We would not have admitted German Nazis into Canada in 1939. We would not have let Soviets freely come and go at the height of the Cold War. We would not have freely let Germans into Canada in 1914. But we HAVE let a horde of people into Canada from desert countries where putting a bomb on a crowded bus is standard cultural behaviour when you are pissed! And now LIE-berals have the dilemma: do they treat their new Cdns as potential enemies and SPY on them? Or do they close their eyes to the KNOWN Jihadist risks and treat Muslim fanatics as just another Cdn pressure group-that might happen to use dynamite and AK 47`s as a political solution to problems they think need fixing? LIE-berals certainly don’t want to offend our new neighbours as it might cost them votes. Of course letting the newcomers do as they please with No supervision might cost Cdn LIVES!)
Privacy watch dogs from across the country said this week that Canada’s spy agencies should destroy the data trails of innocent people they collect incidentally during terrorism investigations, once the actual targets have been cleared of suspicion.
(Problem is that the data must be held sometimes for years as a case is slowly made against a potential offender that may be operating in several countries-often out of sight or reach of Cdn security and often under various assumed names and nationalities depending on where he travels! Security is NOT OMNIPOTENT and does not see ALL every time! How long is too long to hold sensitive data when it may take 10-20 years for your neighbour to talk about ways to seek martyrdom as a jihadist jerkoff-before he decides on action? LIE-berals are trying desperately to balance genuine fears of terror against the reality that people with views so utterly alien to ours should NOT have been allowed into Canada!LIE-berals do not wish to admit their insane stupidity!)
The office of federal privacy commissioner Daniel Therrien says metadata must be handled with care because it can reveal medical conditions, religious beliefs and sexual orientation, among other personal traits.
Goodale told MPs on the public safety committee the government would “consider all of the factors that are relevant in these circumstances” as it completes a review of national security policy.
(And we may be assured that LIE-berals will come down securely on the side of whatever does THEM the most good and to hell with ordinary people!)
NDP public safety critic Matthew Dube expressed concern about future problems.
“So you’re not closing the door, then, to the possibility of this happening again?” Dube said. “Because to me it seems that if the Federal Court has deemed this illegal, then the answers should be clear.”
(Oh dear-a bunch of hug a thug and immigration friendly LIE-beral judges think that making a simple split-between people who were born here and people who have immigrated here in recent years and who often travel back to their frequently war torn place of birth for one reason or another...why.....to track people who are traveling to suspicious places would be RACIAL PROFILING! (And just to make things MORE FUN-who gave UN-ELECTED federal judges the power to write laws for us? Their job is to implement our laws fairly and telling govt- that makes the law- what the law ought to mean is MAKING law! But that`s what happens when hug a thug LIE-berals run things!)
CSIS director Michel Coulombe told the committee he hoped the spy service would be in a position within about six months to decide what to do with the associated metadata collected over the 10-year period.
(Either that or CSIS will be in a better position to HIDE whatever information it has so that it can continue proper long term surveillance and investigation of persons who may technically be Cdn citizens thanks to LIE-beral carelessness with citizenship rules. Meaning persons who may be out of the country for months or years at a time since LIE-berals don’t like keeping track of such fake Cdns! LIE-berals say a person is ALWAYS a Cdn even if it`s the leader of the Toronto 18 terror group and has been CONVICTED of plotting terror-Conservatives planned to deport the swine and Our brainless Boy Justin has given the creep back citizenship! Conservative public safety critic Tony Clement wondered why CSIS was keeping the data in question at all.
Coulombe said the law dictates that CSIS must hang on to any data used in criminal or administrative proceedings. As a result, the agency is going through the material to see what it needs to keep.
“So before we rush and destroy that information, we have to make sure that by destroying it we’re not going to be contravening another court decision,” Coulombe said.
(One has to ask if bending over backwards to avoid offending potential jihadists is not a MAJOR waste of time for our spy service? Would such senior people not be better off out in the real world DOING investigations instead of trying to second guess junior people who have heard hints and whispers and clues that they think ought to be followed up on? Who is more important here-the friends and allies of terrorists? Or the Cdns who will be maimed or killed in a terror attack?)

So, if he can't back up his claim, AND my own look into it provides no actual reality to this, then...
Capital costs do not include labor costs (they do include construction labor). Unlike operating costs, capital costs are one-time expenses but payment may be spread out over many years in financial reports and tax returns. Capital costs are fixed and are therefore independent of the level of output.
Meeting these fixed costs when operational cost increases makes it harder to grow and compete.
