So the question the Liberals must ask themselves: do they want to be the party that represents the underprivileged and ordinary Canadians like Tony or the party that caters to the Amir Attarans of the world?

Strange thing is when it comes to people with college diplomas or undergraduate degrees, the Conservatives and Liberals are pretty close. The Liberals have the support of 35% of those with an undergrad degree, the Conservatives 31%. Among those with a college diploma, 31% back the Liberals and 33% the Conservatives.

I’d say those people are educated and they are just as likely to vote Conservative as Liberal making Attaran’s analysis deeply flawed.

What really seems to bug Attaran are those “numbskulls” that only have a high school diploma because 37% of those voters back the Conservatives compared to just 25% of the “uneducated” backing the Liberals.

However I am curious to know if the little elitist thinks the other roughly one third of post-secondary educated voters who voted NDP and Green are also "numbskulls".

LOL, I get hired to fix stupid effin' brain dead "ELITIST" mistakes. I do NOT respect you dim wit fakers at all.

I especially enjoyed defeating lawyers in court a couple of times without having a lawyer myself.

LOL one of those lawyers was the one who, while I was a teenager and working at the local grocery store, locked his keys in his car three Fridays in a row.

There is nothing like suing for money from people who deserve to pay, doood.
( not to mention the chief of police who got FIRED)

Not that you would noe anything about that. The only courts you win are bottles.

You're right about that. I've never been in a merry mixup that involved suing the Chief of Police.

I'll bet that you're popular with the constabulary, up there. Better stick to the speed limit (that is, if your mountain of meds allows you to have a driver's licence).

You seem to be making the popular lefty mistake of confusing educated with intelligent. They are not necessarily the same. Who is smarter, the girl that went and got a trade that pays around $100 000 a year or the hystory PHD that is working the nightshift at a selfserve gas station because that is all the job skills he has?

For the lucky few. The vast majority of those with history PhD's are NOT working in their respective field.

I knew 6 people with a PhD in history, only one is a tenured professor. One went on to become an international insurance consultant. One went on to teach writing and computers at a law firm. One became a "gender specialist" for a non-profit. One works as a research consultant. And the last one works in underwater construction and demolition. He also has a PhD in philosophy.
So while they are all in pretty decent paying jobs, only one of them is actually using their history degree.
