Has anyone tried to explain to the leftii that calving glaciers are growing not shrinking?

Almost 1,000 icebergs counted in N.L. shipping lanes so far this year

This is the 18th most severe season on record since 1900, says International Ice Patrol

While the icebergs coming to Newfoundland and Labrador's coastlines are a beautiful tourist attraction, they're creating havoc in North Atlantic shipping lanes.

Iceberg Alley off Newfoundland has been an especially dangerous stretch this year with almost 1,000 icebergs counted in North Atlantic shipping lanes since February.

Gabrielle McGrath, commander of the U.S. Coast Guard's International Ice Patrol, said Monday it's already among the top 20 most severe ice seasons on record since 1900.

Patrol commander Gabrielle McGrath says this is the 18th most severe ice season on record since 1900.

A final ranking won't be known until later this year as some bergs are still drifting south, she explained.

"There are definitely a lot still in the Gulf of St. Lawrence and near the entrance to the Strait of Belle Isle and then up along the Labrador coast," she said in an interview.

The gigantic slabs of prehistoric ice break off from Greenland glaciers then move south. They drift in whatever direction the currents and winds take them.

As of Monday, there were about 12 icebergs reportedly drifting through shipping lanes off eastern Newfoundland. (Doreen Dalley)
The count continues but it's so far the 18th worst ice season on record, McGrath said.

"Considering that number goes back the whole way to 1900, even the 18th most severe is still pretty significant when you're looking at 117 years of data."

In 2014, there were 1,546 icebergs in the shipping lanes, making it the sixth highest count since 1900. There were 1,165 icebergs in 2015.

~Hell on Earth~
They say hell hath no fury
Like a woman scorned
Well we have scorned this mother of ours
Like no child of hers before

We have stripped her body bare
and sucked her teat dry
We’ve tried to beat her to submission
and ignored her anguished cries

And even if humanity
attempts escape into the sky
There is NO way to escape
the father’s ever watchful eye
In outer space
away from mother
is a lonely place to die

And mars is not the place to be
For a resource hungry race
That couldn’t recognise true wealth
If it slapped them in the face
We are now blessed with abundance
But even that seems not enough
Infinite growth, on finite planet
Is a monumental bluff

And if we do not learn to share
and embrace equality
The primal world will bear the brunt
Of our ways of gluttony

The white man might be spared the death
That comes quick and without warning
But while everything around us quickly dies
We’ll feel the heat and even rich men will start squirming
As they powerlessly face
their imminent demise

We are approaching our extinction
and aware of it
Yet those who wield the scepter
Would rather not admit
and would prefer to line their pockets
while their house is lined in flames
They’ll have to learn that there are violent ends
to their violent games

Dominating the indigenous
the women and the weak
will only further seal our fate
Which at this rate is looking bleak

If we don’t act before we know
we’ll reach the point of no return
In that case there’ll be no future
for which we all so deeply yearn
Now is the only time for action
To prevent the chain reaction

Perhaps this earth life was a test
Laid before the human race
To determine our deserving
Of reaching outer space
We have potential to ascend
As a peace civilisation
But if it’s hell in which we strand
it is of our own creation

Though we have the rocket power
If our direction stays distorted
From this womb that is our earth
We’ll be the ones being aborted
For nature and the human kind
Were irreparably misaligned

This planet has nothing at all to fear from humans. You,ve been had Cliffy, this planet has survived every drastic climate change so far. The earth is not as delicate as you,ve been led to believe. You,re afraid for yourself of course, and as youve swallowed the manmade climate disaster koolaid, I understand your silly position.

As has the hominid but I doubt Cliff's genes can be held up without a belt.

Adaptation is what makes life lively.

Was there any mention anywhere as to who (of the eight) rounded up all the critters and managed to drive many of them over from Africa? And then there's all the American species which brings up a few other questions! Nope that ark is bull shit, I tells you!

CENTRAL ENGLAND ON COURSE FOR IT’S 17TH COLDEST JUNE IN 360 YEARS OF RECORDS — CROP CONCERNS — GRAND SOLAR MINIMUM
JUNE 15, 2019 CAP ALLON

It’s been a truly miserable run-up to summer for folks in the UK so far, with official data revealing England is currently on for it’s 17th coldest June in records dating back to 1659.

The Central England Temperature (CET) record measures the monthly mean surface air temperatures for the Midlands region of England, and is the longest series of monthly temperature observations in existence.

It’s current mean reading for June 2019 (provisional to the 14th) is 12.6C (54.7F) — that’s 1C below the historically cool 1961-1990 average, the current standard period of reference for climatological data used by the WMO.

In recent years, only the June’s of 1991, 1977 and 1971 ran colder. Before that, you have to back to 1923, 1916, 1908, 1906, 1860, 1823, 1821, 1749, 1745, 1725, 1705, 1698 and 1689 to find cooler months of June.

This month’s cold temperatures and reduced sunlight hours will have already hampered the growth of many open-field crops, which in turn will pile further pressure on already surging commodity markets following the inclement-weather-related planting issues in Australia, America, Africa and China.

One place the animals are on two by two ( Square) stone faces is Gobekli Tepe.
;)
the place was open for business just around after the flood in 10500 BC. It's where our current civilization is to have sprung from. Gobekli Tepe means Pot belly hill.
