'Transgender Woman' Arrested by NYPD for Hate Crimes Following Mace Attack Spree
https://pjmedia.com/trending/nypd-s...suspect-who-attacked-subway-riders-with-mace/

Misunderstood.

Despite the disgusting comments on the original link site which made me wonder if this was a BS attack, turns out it's true.

So since it's confirmed true and not some sensationalist story by Walter...

Good that she was arrested and good she's charged.

Misunderstood? F-no. She broke the law, she deserves to be in jail for it.

And she'd deserve it if she was male, cisgendered, black, Indian, whatever.

Difference is Walter believes this reflects on all trans people, like he believes every shooting in the 'hood reflects on all black people, but when a Real American or Old Stock Canadian shoots up a mosque, it's an isolated incident and says nothing at all about white men.

You are definetly out of the loop.

CBT is pretty much mandatory. As soon as blitzed by dope and stable it's into CBT and OT. How they engage in CBT is part of diagnosis. Life is miserable on the ward for those who refuse. Especially the smokers.

You may get a first timer to take their meds after that forget it. BP patients hate them with a passion so these days CBT is used to reduce relapse and manage symptoms and it works.

An involutary admission isn't getting out until they do the CBT if they are refusing meds.

Especially those with addictions. The same CBT is part of drug and alcohol treatment.

After discharge it's 6 weeks of day hospital. 6hrs of CBT and OT.

After that Community Health kicks in.
Bipolar Disorder: Treatment Over Time

"Having bipolar disorder is very different than having a blood pressure problem or diabetes," says Gary Sachs, MD, founder and director of the Bipolar Clinic and Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital, and associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Dr. Sachs says that unlike other illnesses, in which patients accept the fact that they need to take medicine to control their disease, people with bipolar disorder often refuse to take their medications — an issue called treatment compliance. These patients often have trouble perceiving that they have a problem, even during a bipolar episode (a condition known as anosognosia, and therefore don't believe they need treatment.

Avoiding treatment, however, is the worst thing you can do with bipolar disorder. Why? Because bipolar disorder tends to get worse if it's not treated. So to improve your prognosis — your future with this condition — you need to follow your doctor's prescribed treatments.

Wanna try again??? CBT is dressed up psychiatry and as far as I know neither works that well. All the things put togethermay reduce the frequency of episodes.

Yep.
Walter once again reads a headline and not an article

Concluding paragraph:

"So the question 'Are gay people born that way?' requires clarification. There is virtually no evidence that anyone, gay or straight, is 'born that way' if it means that their sexual orientation was genetically determined," the report explained (emphasis added). "But there is some evidence from the twin studies that certain genetic profiles probably increase the likelihood the person later identifies as gay or engages in same-sex sexual behavior."

yep

The bottom line is that they don't know, which is the result to be expected.

That said, it's a fair assumption that the basis for the relative sexuality will be founded on the sex organs present that were/are the result of the genetic make-up

The fetus has no sex for at least the first 7 weeks.

What will become male or female are absolutely the same thing until after that time.

I'd say anyone who's fcuked in the head has a mental disorder w/o having to get specific.

My understanding is that the fetus has (generally speaking for a healthy fetus) either an XY or XX chromosomal make up.

If this is correct, then the fetus is either male or female although the physical expression of this is not apparent at 7 weeks
