The dollar is down 5 "points" in two years?

Nor does the carbon tax - we got that on in 2008.

It dropped 3.4 in 1 yr and an abve average jump in inflation leap of 0.5 above average.
Did you know it costs 51 cents a litre to refine gasoline at Parkland BBY but only 21 cents a litre at CO-OP Refinery Regina?
