ROCKVILLE, Md. — Prosecutors have dropped a criminal case against a Maryland woman who was charged with assaulting White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway during a confrontation last year at a restaurant in a Washington suburb.
A trial for Mary Elizabeth Inabinett, 63, of Chevy Chase, was scheduled to start Monday morning in Montgomery County, Md. Instead, a county prosecutor asked a judge to dismiss the charges.
Police had charged Inabinett last November with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Conway told police she was attending a birthday party with her teenage daughter at a Mexican restaurant in Bethesda, Md., last October when she felt somebody grab her shoulders from behind and shake her. The woman who confronted Conway yelled, “Shame on you” and “other comments believed to about Conway’s political views,” according to a charging document prepared by Montgomery County police.
Conway wasn’t injured, the document says.

Montgomery County prosecutor Kathy Knight said Inabinett sent Conway a letter apologizing for the incident.
“She has apologized for choosing this time and place to vent her political views,” Knight said. “That was inappropriate.”
Knight noted Inabinett had never been arrested for a crime before.
Ramon Korionoff, a spokesman for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office said dropping the charges is “the best resolution for this particular set of circumstance.”
Maraya Pratt, an attorney for Inabinett said she couldn’t immediately comment.
In a CNN interview earlier this year, Conway said she was standing next to her middle school-aged daughter and some of her daughter’s friends when the woman began shaking her “to the point where I thought maybe somebody was hugging me.” She said it felt “weird” and “a little aggressive,” so she turned around to face the woman.
“She was just unhinged. She was out of control,” she said. “Her whole face was terror and anger.”
Conway said she told U.S. President Donald Trump about the incident “long after” it happened. She said Trump asked her, “Are you OK? Is your daughter OK? Are the other girls OK?”
The restaurant’s manager told police the woman who confronted Conway had to be forcibly removed from the premises. Conway told police the woman yelled and gestured at her for 8 to 10 minutes before she was escorted out of the restaurant. Conway’s daughter provided officers with a short video clip and photograph of the encounter.

Donald Trump is more likely to DIE of old age than to end up in a court prisoners dock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Desperate LIE-berals expose their fears and failures as they PIN ALL THEIR HOPES on catching Trump in some sort of CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is an OPEN ADMISSION of the FAILURE of LIE-beral policy that they should turn to legal means of restraining Trump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SEATTLE — A Seattle-area man has been arrested after authorities said he posted online threats against members of the president’s family, including Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner.
Chase Bliss Colasurdo was arrested Wednesday on two counts of interstate threats.
A complaint says FBI agents spoke with the 27-year-old in March after he posted to Instagram a photo showing a gun pointed at a picture of Kushner.
Agents said Colasurdo told them he did not intend to hurt anyone and had previously been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.
They let him go but monitored him as he allegedly made further threats against synagogues and bought ammunition and a bullet-proof vest.

The complaint says he tried to buy a handgun but was denied because the Secret Service flagged him in the background check system.
Colasurdo’s attorney did not immediately respond Friday to an email seeking comment.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut man has been indicted on charges that he threatened to kill President Donald Trump and sent letters he claimed contained anthrax.
Gary Joseph Gravelle of New Haven faces charges including conveying false information about an explosive and threats against the president.
Authorities say 51-year-old Gravelle last year sent letters addressed to Trump, the Islamic Center of New London and other places that contained a white powdery substance with messages such as “you die.” Some of the letters appeared to contain baby powder.
Officials say Gravelle also made bomb threats at a variety of locations.
He has been in custody since he was arrested in September for violating the terms of his supervised release. He was previously convicted in 2013 of sending threatening letters.
It was not immediately clear on Sunday whether he has an attorney.

Dear Amy: I’m a Trump fan.
I just started a new job.
Every single TV at work is playing CNN. Even though FOX (three times the ratings), and MSNBC (two times the ratings) have more followers.
I knew this coming in. However, now I have heard one teammate consistently speak up against Trump.
I, like many conservatives, have a hard time rebutting him, not because of any physical reaction, but because it could hinder my position within the company.
How should I handle this situation?
— Peter
Dear Peter: First of all, unless you work in media, I don’t see why it is necessary to have any television on at work. But you don’t seem to object to the television itself; you just don’t want to watch the news.
Throughout time, people (women, or people of colour, for instance) have been forced to suck it up and keep their opinions to themselves at work, if their views were in opposition to bosses or more powerful co-workers. You are now experiencing what it is like to be quiet on the outside, but pretty loud — inside your head.
The workplace isn’t the place to discuss politics. Topics at work should be confined to work-related matters and benign personal interchanges about vacations, sports scores and the most recent episode of “Game of Thrones.”
According to my research, speech is not necessarily protected at private companies, so yes, your job could be in jeopardy if you express a political opinion that your boss or the business owner finds offensive, or merely disagrees with.
But — you knew all of this going in.
The current political and media climate has fostered a level of personal discord that has infested many relationships — destroying some.
At work, keep your political opinions to yourself; it is within your rights to benignly suggest that others do the same. I also think that — unless consuming the news on a loop is vital to your profession — the televisions should be turned off.
In fact, I would love it if all of the televisions — at the airport, in the dentist’s office or the tattoo parlour — were all either off, or turned to the gardening channel.

The Chinese appear to believe diplomacy is in the toilet. Just ask the Donald Trump toilet brush.
TRUMP TOILET BRUSHES
U.S. President Donald Trump’s reputation in China is definitely in the toilet.
For about $3.50 you can buy a Trump toilet brush in the world’s biggest gumbo of nationalism, authoritarianism, communism and state-driven capitalism.
To get one of the brushes, you can order it on Taobao.com — the Chinese equivalent of eBay.
The brush features a breathtaking resemblance to the president: a navy blue suit, white shirt, red tie, and orange hair used to scrub the bowl.
The Trump toilet brushes are reportedly ‘light’ and ‘stylish.’ One seller even offers a roll of Trump toilet paper with every order.
But the brushes may be behind Beijing’s so-called “people’s war” against the U.S.
Not good. In this Nov. 9, 2017, file photo, U.S. President Donald Trump, right, chats with Chinese President Xi Jinping during a welcome ceremony at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Andy Wong / AP

'OUR COUNTRY IS FULL': Trump says 'there are no plans' to fly migrants from border to Florida

MIAMI — President Donald Trump on Sunday denied reports that hundreds of migrants would be flown from the Mexican border to Florida and other areas in the U.S. interior to lessen the workload at crowded Border Patrol facilities.
Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan, also on Sunday, acknowledged that federal officials did initially alert local leaders of the possibility that migrants would be flown to two South Florida counties. But Trump appeared to blame the media for “false reporting.”
“There are no plans to send migrants to northern or Coastal Border facilities, including Florida,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “…Our country is FULL, will not, and cannot, take you in!”
The office of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis also said Sunday that Trump told him he didn’t approve and wouldn’t authorize to fly the immigrants.
The governor’ spokeswoman Helen Ferre said DeSantis spoke with Trump on Saturday, two days after local officials reacted with alarm to a U.S. Border Patrol notification that 1,000 migrants could be sent on a weekly basis to Palm Beach and Broward counties, starting in about two weeks.
After the plan was attacked by local leaders last week, federal officials initially said the flights were only being considered and nothing was happening immediately.
On Sunday, McAleenan said that Florida and other cities in the interior were no longer in consideration. He appeared on CBS’ “Face the Nation” and said the plan “wasn’t going to be an effective use of government resources.”
“We looked at it from a planning perspective. We do have stations in Florida … they are very small stations, they have a few agents that are busy patrolling their areas,” he said. He added that the decision to take the sectors of Miami, Detroit and Buffalo off the table was made Saturday by John Sanders, acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The agency’s Miami sector includes all South Florida.
“We had to look at all options,” he said.
The government has run out of space to process migrants who have been arriving at the Texas border. McAleenan said there are currently 16,000 people in custody at Border Patrol stations and ports of entry. The government began flying hundreds of migrants from Texas to San Diego, to distribute the workload at Border Patrol facilities more evenly.
Once migrants are processed, they are released and given a court date in a city where they plan to reside, often with family members, which could be anywhere in the U.S.
DeSantis apparently had been caught off guard and said such flights would amount to “dumping” migrants on Florida. He appeared upset that Florida was even a consideration, especially after he recently signed a bill banning sanctuary cities and pledging to help federal immigration authorities.
Trump and DeSantis are close. The president endorsed DeSantis, which propelled him from underdog to winner in last year’s governor’s race.
Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, one of the first officials to publicly denounce the plan, suggested in an audio message shared via Twitter on Saturday that that the quick reactions with alarm from local officials and federal lawmakers who represent Florida made federal officials change their mind.
“Because of everybody’s efforts, we were able to stop what it appeared to be a crisis for our communities.”

NEW YORK — Donald Trump Jr. has a book coming out later this year featuring his “views and perspectives” on the political scene and his father’s presidency.
Centre Street, an imprint of Hachette Book Group, announced Thursday that the book was currently untitled. No exact release date has been set.
Trump Jr. said in a statement that he would highlight “the great achievements” of his father’s administration, and write about both those who support him and oppose him. The president’s son has spoken often on his father’s behalf over the past few years.
Centre Street has published other prominent Republicans, including former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Rep. Steve Scalise.

IMPARTIAL? Utah judge suspended for making anti-Trump comments
Associated Press

In this May 25, 2010, file photo, Judge Michael Kwan talks with a defendant during drug court in Taylorsville, Utah.Jeffrey D. Allred / AP
SALT LAKE CITY — A longtime Utah judge has been suspended without pay for six months for comments he made online and in court criticizing President Donald Trump, including a post bashing his “inability to govern and political incompetence.”
Judge Michael Kwan’s numerous posts on Facebook and LinkedIn in 2016-2017 criticizing Trump violated the judicial code of conduct and diminished “the reputation of our entire judiciary,” wrote Utah State Supreme Court Justice John A. Pearce in an opinion posted Wednesday. His Facebook account was private, but could have been shared by friends, Pearce wrote.
“Judge Kwan’s behaviour denigrates his reputation as an impartial, independent, dignified, and courteous jurist who takes no advantage of the office in which he serves,” Pearce said.
Kwan has been a justice court judge in the Salt Lake City suburb of Taylorsville since 1998. He deals with misdemeanour cases, violations of ordinances and small claims. He was first appointed by elected city officials to a six-year term and has remained in the position since by voters who decided to let him stay.
Kwan and his attorney, Greg Skordas, didn’t immediately respond to phone calls and emails from The Associated Press.
Kwan argued the suspension was inappropriate and unlawfully tried to regulate his constitutionally protected speech, Pearce wrote in the opinion.
Skordas told The Salt Lake Tribune, which first reported the ruling Friday, that they are disappointed with the severity of the suspension.
It’s unknown what Kwan’s political affiliation is because he chooses to keep his voter registration private, an option available to any state voter, said Justin Lee, Utah Director of Elections.
Kwan’s online posts about Trump started during the 2016 election.
On Trump’s inauguration day, Jan. 20, 2017, he posted: “”Welcome to governing. Will you dig your heels in and spend the next four years undermining our country’s reputation and standing in the world? . . . Will you continue to demonstrate your inability to govern and political incompetence?”
The next month, he posted: “Welcome to the beginning of the fascist takeover. . . We need to be diligent in questioning Congressional Republicans if they are going to be the American Reichstag and refuse to stand up for the Constitution, refuse to uphold their oath of office and enable the tyrants to consolidate their power.”
The ruling suspending Kwan also cited an interaction in court with a defendant in January 2017 in which Kwan criticized Trump after the defendant said he would use his tax return to pay fines.
“You do realize that we have a new president, and you think we are getting any money back?” Kwan said.
“I hope,” the defendant said.
“You hope?” Kwan said.
“I pray and I cross my fingers,” the defendant said.
“OK. Prayer might be the answer cause he just signed an order to start building the wall and he has no money to do that, and so if you think you are going to get taxes back this year, uh-yeah, maybe, maybe not,” Kwan said. “But don’t worry, there is a tax cut for the wealthy so if you make over $500,000 you’re getting a tax cut.”
Kwan earned a law degree from the Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, California, and was certified in Chinese law by the East China University of Politics and Law in 1993, according to his biography .
Taylorsville city officials agree with the punishment and expect Kwan to return to his position when his suspension ends, said city spokeswoman Kim Horiuchi.

YES Hemer-HOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You SHOULD BE dragged in CHAINS........................................

into the nearest Human Rights Kangaroo Court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And should be harrased and persecuted to the FULL EXTENT of LIE-beral BIGOTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is not just in United States that LIE-beral BIGOTRY rears its head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is an article making a logical point- that will be scorned by bigoted LIE-berals who believe THEY are the only people in the world who have any right to be offended by anything! With some comments of my own in brackets):

If a judge can’t wear a MAGA hat, a public servant shouldn’t wear a niqab

This file photo taken on January 20, 2017 shows hats displayed for sale on the morning of Donald Trump's inauguration as the 45th President of the United States in Washington, DC. A misconduct hearing opened on August 23, 2017 into a Canadian judge's wearing of a "Make America Great Again" campaign cap in court the day after Donald Trump was elected US president last November. Judges in Canada are forbidden from expressing partisan political views as a way of ensuring the appearance of their independence. Ontario Court Justice Bernd Zabel said wearing the red cap bearing Trump's campaign slogan was meant as a dig at colleagues who had supported Trump's rival for the US presidency, Hillary Clinton. (MOLLY RILEY/AFP/Getty Images)

(LIE-berals object to civil servants making partisan views known? Who would have guessed that as they have been ignoring very partisan attack ads by civil service Hog unions for years! LIE-beral hypocrisy dictates that if the partisan is in their favour then it is NOT partisan! WE all recognize that women who wear the hijab- and the men who order this clothing- ALL hold VERY PARTISAN religious views! So why is it bad for a Cdn judge to support an ELECTED leader in the United States DEMOCRACY while hijab wearers support the destruction of democratic Israel and the expulsion of Jews- AND want us to join with terror groups such as Hamas and Hezzbollah to attack Jews and Yankees? With the added bonus that as numbers of Muslims in Canada rise- there is a corresponding INCREASE in anti Semitic hate crimes here in Canada as well!)

Regardless of one’s politics, pretty much everyone agrees that Justice Bernd Zabel shouldn’t have worn a Make America Great Again hat in his Hamilton, Ontario courtroom the day after the U.S. presidential election.

Last week, Zabel faced a disciplinary panel to answer for his unofficial wardrobe choice.

He said it was all a joke at the hearing, but had previously said he wanted to stick it to all the Hillary Clinton supporters in his workplace.

Love Trump. Hate Trump. It doesn’t matter. As the Americans say, justice should be blind. Let’s keep the politics out of it.

And while we’re at it, let’s talk about applying this principle consistently across the public service, whenever Canadians interact with their government.

We’re pretty good at it in most respects. It’s not like polling clerks on election day are allowed to wear buttons supporting candidates. Police officers, firefighters and other law enforcement have their uniforms. We run a tight ship.

(No- they don’t wear political buttons on election day but civil service Hogs DO get into a HUGE conflict of interest with their LIE-beral friendly ads and sneering attacks on Conservative politicians at election time! It’s a blatant and glaring conflict of interest that Ontari-owe LIE-berals are only now beginning to rein in- in a small way as Hogs grow frustrated with LIE-beral failure to honour the MASSIVE, economy breaking IOU`s that LIE-berals have offered in exchange for Hog support inv the past but have not yet paid for - in a nice exchange for more gravy from LIE-berals!)

But still, the Quebec government felt it needed to go one step further to codify some form of this into law. Not for overt political displays this time, but religion.

Bill 62, which is supported by the governing Quebec Liberals and now working its way through committee, calls for a “duty of religious neutrality” on the part of all public servants.

(The Niqab is certainly a powerful statement of a particular political opinion! It is most commonly worn by women who too often have a hostility to western democracy and social standards! Thus it IS offensive to many Cdns in the same way that a Nazi swastika infuriates Jews or a burning Klan Kross insults black people!)

That effectively means a ban on face coverings, the most prominent of which is the niqab.

(There is also logic in banning the niqab for security reasons as no self respecting jihadist jerk would wish to bring his female `property` to Canada if they would have to walk the streets immodestly dressed just like Cdn “sluts”! WE might be able to weed out some security threats simply by clarifying our dress code?)

This has become an issue in the NDP leadership race, of all places, where the party is hoping to woo back those voters Jack Layton first enticed in the 2011 election but that Justin Trudeau won back in 2015.

Quebec politics is an entirely different scene. There you have voters who would strongly support both the NDP and niqab bans, the sort of blend that wouldn’t happen in Anglo NDP strongholds like Toronto and Vancouver.

The candidates are divided. Guy Caron, from Quebec, is OK with the bill.

But Ontario’s Jagmeet Singh calls it Islamophobic and Niki Ashton posted on social media: “You can’t tell a woman what she should be wearing.”

(Yeah you can tell a woman what to wear! Its done all the time in work places where a certain standard of appearance is required! You KNOW they ain’t going to hire a Muslim woman dressed in traditional costume at Hooters for rather obvious reasons! We routinely regulate how much clothing a woman may strip off in a business setting such as a stripper bar- and we regulate WHERE this activity may take place along with limitations on what manner of interaction will be permitted between naked strippers and drunk bar patrons! We reserve the right to tell a woman she cannot wear a swastika and we ban the public use of certain words such as “nigger” so why not ban the niqab as an equally offensive religious symbol? It would even be an aid to our national security as Muslim radicals would be less likely to emigrate with their women to Canada if the women were legally required to appear in public in an indecent state- just like Cdn sluts!)

(LIE-berals are spinning themselves in circles as they struggle to PRETEND that there is a separation between religious freedom and political freedom in the twisted minds of Muslim Jihadists!)

A seven-year-old Texas boy has raised more than $22,000 to help build U.S. President Donald Trump’s border wall.
And he did so by selling hot chocolate.
In December, non-profit group We Build the Wall Inc. started a GoFundMe campaign. The group has since raised more than $22.9 million to go towards building Trump’s border wall.
Benton Stevens, 7, from Austin, Texas is now one of the campaign’s biggest donors through his hot chocolate sales at $2 per cup.
Benton plans on doubling his donation by selling lemonade during the summer, according to news outlet WBNS.
The seven-year-old was invited to a ceremony where he cut the ribbon on a section of the wall.
The Stevens family attended Trump’s inauguration back in 2017.
Benton’s parents, Shane and Jennifer Stevens, say this was what sparked their son’s support for the president.
While there are many who support Benton, he has upset some while selling beverages.
One man even reportedly called him a “little Hitler.”
The We Build the Wall Inc. campaign hit a roadblock when served with a cease and desist order from the local government.
But now they insist they have all the necessary permits and approvals and that the wall follows their local laws.
Just like Benton, the group is not finished with its goal.
They intend on raising more funds to expand sections of the wall on private properties along the Mexican border.

'World's hottest marine' bares bikini bod to support Trump's U.K. visit

A Maxim cover girl who is known as the “World’s Hottest Marine” is showing her support for U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to the United Kingdom with a body-baring bikini photoshoot in the desert.
Model, horse trainer and former Marine Shannon Ihrke is showing her American pride by wearing a teeny-tiny gold bikini with a camouflage belt and a gun holster in a series of pictures produced by photographer Thomas Prusso.
Ihrke unveiled the pictures on her Instagram page.
“Sure, diamonds are most girls best friends, but some of us prefer pistols. #PistolAnnie,” Ihrke captioned in one of the sexy snaps.
Trump is currently in the U.K. as part of an official state visit where he’s met with government officials and members of the Royal family. On Wednesday, he participated in D-Day anniversary commemorations alongside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other dignitaries.
In an interview with the U.K. Sun, Ihrke said she fully supports Trump and his endeavours.
“I always want our president to succeed, no matter who they are. I’m all-American and love this country! I hope Trump’s visit to the U.K. is a great one,” Ihrke said.
The Minnesota native joined the United States Marine Corps at 19 and served for four years, which included a stint in Afghanistan.
Ihrke said women in the Marine Corps “have to work twice as hard as the men in order to feel like their equal.”
“A lot of the Marines initially thought that I might not be able to keep up physically, or that I somehow wasn’t as strong as them so I made it my mission to prove them wrong,” Ihrke told the U.K. Sun. “I came in guns blazing in order to show that I wasn’t someone that could be pushed around, brushed off, or not taken seriously.”
The model said she pushed her body harder than she ever thought she could while learning to “remain calm and collected in the midst of chaos.” Ihrke moved up the ranks to become a sergeant and travelled the world while on tour.
Earning a science degree from the Illinois-based Elmhurst College, Ihrke later left the Marines to focus on modelling.
Ihrke said she owed her life to the Marines because the experience gave her a “reason to wake up, push myself, set goals, and to push myself even harder when things got tough.”
And while Ihrke said she’s no longer on active duty, “I will always bleed green.”
