Sick . Government love it as taxes increase . Taxes on taxes on taxes , smart Canadians take their business across the border . Washington State takes in many Canadian dollars and vote against carbon pricing . Lol even in progressive green Washington they know the value of a dollar , and don’t really trust their government in spending them .

Gotta love Horgan's hutzpah added to coastal BC's attitude towards Alberta: F*ck you. F*ck you. F*ck you. Oh hey, can you do us a huge favour and figure out a way to send us more gasoline?

I hope Kenney tells them to go to hell. Maybe then they'll learn that putting their ideological interests ahead of reality is an amazingly, stupidly bad idea.

Our gas here is actually going down after getting the 'carbon tax' stuff put in.

Still too high, IMO, but honestly it could be worse.

Wow this is great for the environment. So glad the people of BC are making such a contribution toward the fight on climate change. Double or triple the current prices in BC would be even better and more help.

Of course the politicians will use the money to balance the budget too.. we know NDP won't just tax and spend, and tax more.. Never

All bureaucracies grow , it is their reason of being . Positions should be fighting bureaucratic spending tooth and nail . Unfortunately with the politics of short attention span and sound bites elected representatives pour money into the bureaucracy with little oversight and plain objectives in mind . And on and on it goes .
