There's probably no two PEOPLE who should be paid the same for doing the "same" work. Each case has to be studied on its own merits. Women across the board are better suited to some jobs and should be paid. Men across the board are better suited for some jobs and should be paid more. Would you be happy if a 110 lb. woman on a jack hammer was paid the same as a 200 lb. man?
