Which should put to sleep any energy worries we have for at least 100 years! :)
We have to create markets for NG this is why ships, trucks, locomotives and power generation are going NG. It's so abundant it has little value and you get to pay for converting everything through the JST.

You are paying to convert BC Ferries, TransLink, BC Transit with BC carbon taxes. Does the price of a ride reflect the 13 cents a L equivalent of NG compared to 70 cents a L for bunker and $1.35L for diesel?

What does it do to reduce the joyriders packing the ferries that sail day and night through whale migration routes?

SUCH wonderful logic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A HUGE AREA FULL OF FOSSIL FUEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That Our idiot Boy and his loser LIE-berals want to LEAVE IN THE GROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How will this fuel help anybody after LIE-berals BAN ITS USE?????????????????????????????

What is it about Or idiot Boy Justin Trudeau standing in front of a crowd and telling us "I want to end the use of fossil fuel in Canada" that LIE-berals do not comprehend???????????????????????????????

LIE-berals FULLY INTEND to END any use of fossil fuel by ordinary Cdns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was Wynne-bag Ontari-owe LIE-berals who wrote down the LIE-beral vision for our nightmarish Green Future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But Our idiot Boy Justin and his loser LIE-berals are playing from the SAME BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me refresh your memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is another in a series of excellent columns by Toronto Sun writer Lorry Goldstein has done a wonderful job of exposing the various ways that tax mad LIE-berals are destroying our province. I have included a few comments of my own in brackets.) Goldstein writes:

Liberals planning agency to dictate how Ontarians use energy

Higher electricity rates kick in for Ontario

Watching Ontario’s Liberal government address climate change is like watching children running through the hall with scissors.

It’s all fun and games until the taxpayer loses an eye.

This is the same government that couldn’t deliver on a known commodity like computerized medical health records, leading to the $1-billion eHeath scandal.

The same government that presided over the Ornge air ambulance fiasco that is still being investigated by the police.

The same government that wasted a billion dollars canceling two gas plants.

The same government that, in the one thing it did right on the pollution front — ending Ontario’s use of coal-fired electricity in 2014 — blew billions of dollars on unneeded, unreliable and expensive wind and solar power, while actually replacing coal with nuclear power and natural gas.

The same government that, aware of real-world experience (in British Columbia) showing a revenue neutral carbon tax is the best way to lower greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, chose the worst way.

That is an absurdly complicated cap-and-trade system which will increase government bureaucracy and cost Ontarians $2 billion annually to start, beginning next year.

A cap-and-trade scheme that has failed in Europe, where it has been inefficient at lowering emissions, sent consumer prices skyrocketing, driven millions of people into fuel poverty and is overrun by fraud and organized crime.

And where did the Liberals get their advice on setting up their cap-and-trade system?

From the architects of Europe’s 15-year-old cap-and-trade disaster, the Emissions Trading Scheme, of course.

Undeterred by this breathtaking record of incompetence, we now learn Premier Kathleen Wynne and Climate Change Minister Glen Murray are crafting a new government agency to dictate how Ontarians will use energy in the future.

This is so dumb it makes the former Soviet Union’s centrally-managed and disastrous five-year plan for the production of grain — which led to a famine — look like a work of genius.

According to the Globe and Mail, this new climate agency, no doubt to be headed by a climate czar, supported by untold climate minions, will issue diktats on everything from how utility companies supply electricity to their customers, to what kind of cars Ontarians buy.

Not content with having forced us to subsidize the purchase of five, $1.1 million Porsche 918 Spyder plug-in hybrids in Ontario — among the world’s most expensive cars — the Liberals are now plotting to game the car market so that every two-car household has at least one zero emission or hybrid vehicle in its driveway by 2024.

I say this LIE-beral car plan sounds like something from that insane literary utopia Brave new World in which it was the DUTY of all citizens to consume and purchase goods as dictated by govt or suffer a penalty!)

That means orchestrating the sale, with gawd only knows what public subsidies, of 1.7 million electric cars and hybrids by 2024, taking seven million gasoline-powered cars off the road by 2030 and ensuring that by 2050, 80% of Ontarians walk, bike or take public transit to work.

As one auto industry spokesman quipped to the Globe on whether it’s possible to reach such targets in the car market, it “depends on what you’re smoking”. Indeed.

Apparently you have not noticed that both LIE-berals and their less intelligent cousins of NDP consider parks to be a GREAT WAY to solve native land claim issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consider either Oka or Caledonia native claims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Natives had sold off the land many decades before but it was then rural and nothing was built on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So with nothing built- the land was in LIMBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meaning it was available for natives to hunt and fish on as they pleased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But once the surveyors showed up and started subdividing the land for housing - then all hell broke loose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Built up land IS NOT AVAILABLE for native hunting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nobody wants natives blasting Geese or Deer on their front lawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parents do not want their small children watching Bambi being butchered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But natives are quite happy to wait till autumn and then hunt in a provincial park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a neat way to resolve land claims- whites can play in the park all summer and then natives get to hunt as and where they please!!!!!!

Should read your link. They don't even know if it is from the Keystone line.
"A portion of TransCanada Corp's Keystone oil pipeline and Enbridge's Platte pipeline remained shut on Thursday for investigation of a possible leak in the St. Louis, Missouri, area, officials said"

First sentence.

So HOID.....................when you use the phrase "investigation of a possible leak" in your first sentence ti DOES SUGGEST that they dont even KNOW IF it is leaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like the environmental damage might be far LESS than the damage caused by letting LIE-berals throw calming oil on native troubled waters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gosh Hoid........what Ministry do we call to get your BULLSH+T cleaned up???????????????????

Conservative leaders to attend pro-pipeline rally

MOOSOMIN, Sask. - Federal Tory leader Andrew Scheer and the conservative premiers of Saskatchewan and New Brunswick are to speak today at a pro-pipeline rally near the Saskatchewan-Manitoba boundary.

The event at a pumpjack facility is to draw attention to concerns about Bill C-69 — federal legislation that proposes major changes to how energy projects are reviewed.

Rally organizer Sinclair Harrison says if the bill passes it would be detrimental to future pipeline development.
He also wants to encourage TransCanada Corp. to reapply to build Energy East, a pipeline that would have transported oil from Alberta and Saskatchewan to New Brunswick and Quebec.
The company scrapped the $15.7 billion project in 2017.
Energy East would have featured a tank terminal in Moosomin, Sask., near where the rally is taking place.
"We're here to speak for the silent majority that are in favour of pipelines," said Harrison.
There were also plans for additional pipelines to be built further south.
He said the area already sees tax revenue coming in from the existing TransCanada mainline and is reaping the benefits from construction taking place on another nearby pipeline.
"The more pipelines, the better off we are," he said.
"If everyone could see the economic benefit that these construction companies have on the area, it's phenomenal."
Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe is attending the rally out of concern for the "harmful" policies coming from Ottawa that affect the energy sector, a spokesman said.
Scheer is taking part to share his Conservative vision for Saskatchewan and to "send a clear message in the buildup to the October election," said press secretary Daniel Schow in a statement.
New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said he continues to fight for Energy East and will bring that message to the protest.
The rally comes as a truck convoy that started in Red Deer, Alta., is making its way to Ottawa as part of a protest in support of the energy sector.
