When you are part of a GLOBAL NETWORK then WHO CAN SAY exactly WHERE the gas in your tank came from on any given day!!!!!


It all depends on sales levels as the trucks loaded with gas head from the few refineries to where gas sales rates are highest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



And the not so secret FACT that LIE-berals want to hide is that NOBODY CARES where the oil comes from because oil is such an INTEGRAL PART of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Oil from Alberta IS ALREADY BEING SHIPPED to refineries in Louisiana !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


It SOUNDS like a stupid idea- ship oil from Alberta all the way to Louisiana/Gulf coast to HUGE refineries there and then ship most of it BACK NORTH to Nevada or Idaho or Alberta.........................and why not refine it closer to the market where it will be sold????????

This is what I'm talking about you don't know how much Western oil is shipped your way Irving is the only refinery that doesn't get western oil thanks to Quebec. Which ironically claims no oil will be shipped through their province when Line 9 has been shipping both in and out of the province since the late 70's

Federal carbon tax to add 13 per cent to annual Manitoba natural gas bill

Manitobans should get ready to pay more for natural gas once the federal carbon tax kicks in April 1.
The average consumer is expected to pay an extra $88 a year for 2019, according to Manitoba Hydro.
That is about a 13 per cent increase. Bigger consumers of natural gas can expect a 15 to 30 per cent increase annually.
The federal carbon tax puts a price of $20 on each tonne of greenhouse gas created by burning fossil fuels. It will increase $10-a-year until it reaches $50 in 2022.
Prices will continue to increase annually over the coming years.
The average consumer is expected to pay an extra $220 a year by 2022.
According to Manitoba Hydro, residents will pay about $823 annually for natural gas by 2022.

Hi Mowich, it's good to see a refreshing philosophy like yours, hope you are well. I don't come on here as often as I used to, too many posters dwelling on the bad side of everything, there's more to life than Trump's wall and electric cars, which we won't see many of in our lifetime anyway, at least not if sane minds prevail.
