I doubt charging Harvey cleaned up Hollywood, the 'keep quiet' payments just rose by 10%. Taking 1 Politician down would not clean up DC it would only up the bribery payments by 10%. Leave Trump free and arrest the rest would be a better move if cleaning the place up is the goal at some point.
