Donald Trump's 'fitness' to be president openly questioned

Donald Trump's 'fitness' to be president openly questioned

*****

given his verbal conduct through the las tyr and today in particular......one really has to question his mental state.

His twitter behavior is just bizarre and has had negative responses world wide today. While almost achieving something .......he goes back to Obama's birth certificate. retweeets some inflammatory videos......and is denying the tape about HIS sexually obnoxious behavior.

And because the UK leader commented on his inflammatory video posting......(twweet)......he is getting back at her.

This chap is SICK. He has a ;major obsessive compulsive disorder that includes a germ phobia. He picks a topic or item and obsesses about it. This obsession overtakes what he is trying to accomplish........and that makes him unstable , unpredictable and UNRELIABLE

His risky conduct is toady inappropriate for a person in that position. It is not cure. It is not "refreshing" it is not just different. It is irresponsible. and DISTURBED. His inner rage is evidenced in his tweets. in his stoking of hatred , and he seems to do it with malicious intent. and a certain sadism.

The Left wrote the book on 'Becoming Mentally Unhinged'...after Trump won the election.

Is this your opinion, OB?

You wrote,

"He picks a topic or item and obsesses about it. This obsession overtakes what he is trying to accomplish........and that makes him unstable , unpredictable and UNRELIABLE."

Frankly, this sounds like you. Anti-Trump threads are almost all you write about. Your hate is strong.

Anybody with an IQ over 50 can see Trump is not suited for the job. Unfortunately, he's seen as a conservative and this will set conservatism back. I'd be happy with him if he would actually behave like a conservative and work to cut spending

It is NOT a left or right issue. It is a psychological (mental ) status and fitness for the job i issue.

I wonder if he's in the early stages of Altzheimer's, like Reagan was when he was President? One of the early symptoms is lashing out with irrational anger.

And one that perhaps you should talk to your doctor about, OB. Based on your posts, it wouldn't hurt to have yourself checked.

If so, he's been in early-stage Alzheimer's for half a century.

I've always found the easiest answer to the question "Why does he act like an asshole?" to be "Because he's an asshole."

he isn't even physically fit enough. The world's best hope is he will just have a heart attack and expire.

At least we always know where Trump stands. With Trudeau, he pisses down your leg and tells you it's raining.

LOL.....Excellent.

But he is mentally dysfunctional.

From the POINT at CNN:

In the space of 48 hours, Donald Trump has:

Retweeted three anti-Muslim videos from a far-right group based in Britain.
Sent two tweets not only using the firing of NBC's Matt Lauer to bash so-called "fake news" but also to spread innuendo about NBC News head Andy Lack and "Morning Joe" anchor Joe Scarborough.
Called Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren "Pocahontas" at an event honoring Navajo code talkers.
Not denied repeated reports that he now believes the "Access Hollywood" tape is somehow fake and that President Barack Obama may not have been born in this country.
Attacked congressional Democratic leaders and insisted he would blame them for a government shutdown.
Delivered a statement about North Korea's latest missile launch.
Spoken to Chinese President Xi Jinping over the phone.
Now. Trump is someone who prides himself on a sort of everywhere-all-at-once approach to governance. He throws lots and lots of things at the wall every day -- through tweets, public statements and policy maneuvers.
Even with all that said, the last few days Trump feels even more unmoored than usual. More erratic. More wild.

"Something is unleashed with him lately," Times reporter Maggie Haberman said on CNN Wednesday. "I don't know what is causing it, I don't know how to describe it."

What's most concerning about all that is the fact that -- even amid this impulse-laden 48 hours -- Trump has also dealt with North Korea's latest provocation via a public statement and spoken with the President of China.

The same man who is stoking conspiracy theories, fomenting gossip and retweeting violent anti-Muslim videos from questionable sources is also on the phone -- almost concurrently! -- with world leaders trying to avoid a war in the Korean Peninsula.

Trump's supporters will argue: That's the whole point! Trump was elected to do things differently. To shake up stodgy old Washington and actually get things done. Unpredictability is the new predictability!

Sure -- but only to a point. What that argument presumes is that this is all controlled fury and contained chaos -- that Trump, deep down, knows exactly what he's doing. That he is operating off a strategic plan that plays the media and Democrats for chumps even while, somehow, #winning.

But, what if he isn't? (And all available evidence suggests he isn't.) What if Trump is just spinning ever faster -- lashing out here, issuing a statement there -- as he twirls and twirls and twirls?
What then?

*******

There is more and more concern expressed about his mental statues now. Is he losing his grip?? Singeing from his current conduct........ it seems obvious. Might be time for an intervention. This is serious stuff now.He is DELUSIONAL.....and it is unsettling.

Of course he's fit. Only a sane person would fold like a $3bill when the 'NWO' started requesting things be done in a certain way.

It seems that the mud slinging continues. A number of unqualified people here saying he's unfit. What or who decides that the President is unfit?

25th Amendment, Section 4.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore (meaning the acting prez. - Murphy) of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office, unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session.

If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
---

So while some of you are salivating over Trump's imminent ouster, be assured that there is a process of having him declared unfit. None of you folks are in that loop. Thank goodness.

good question. His memory seems faulty . He is disjointed when he speaks (off teleprompter) and the fact that now he is denying that it was his voice on that tape and other statements. If he is not delusional ......he is confabulating. ( filling in the gaps when he loses his train of thought or memory gaps _ His mind obviously wonders when he speaks......and when he tweets. Or he will fixated on something he hears and goes off in a rant on Twitter.

that is NOT a stable person;.........regardless of the diagnosis He is inconsistent over reactive and verbally volatile.

Now he has pissed of Britain.......and then told her off again. That is NOT leadership....... it is regressive conduct .....regressing to an earlier developmental stage. (childhood)

the fact that his conduct does not bother him is a concern too.
