My family (wife & 3 kids) are potentially arranging a house swap with a family who live on Ellerbeck Street which is at Danforth and Broadview. Neighbourhood is Riverdale.
My wife is originally from Toronto but is not familiar with this street.
Does anybody know this street or general area?
Is it a good place for kids between 5 and 12?
It it safe, quiet, convenient.
The owner has given us a very good description of the area but it does no harm to get a second opinion.
