My wife and I were thinking of moving to the Gatineau area of Quebec but have been told that there might be some differences with taxes and housing costs. Ive seen that annual land taxes are a little higher than other provinces. What should I be aware of before moving there?
Ive seen that the homes are cheap but maybe theres a reason? Would love to know, thanks for your help.
