Looking to buy a house in Saskatchewan

I was out in Sak last week from Alberta and looked at Biggar, PA, and Meadow Lake. I like the friendliness in Sask and would like to move there.

Looking for a house that is in very good condition and pretty well in move-in condition. I'm looking for something in the $30,000- $70,000 range.

If you know of a house in that range, let me know.

If you're looking for 30 000-70 000 I doubt you'll find it in Saskatoon.

If you look outside the major centers houses in the $70k range are obtainable as an example Macklin Sask. Maybe you'll take up the sport of Bunnock

Well, You surely would have to look in the smaller towns. Been a long time since I have seen a house in that range in Sask in the very good or move in condition range. Good luck with your search!

Buying might be interesting to find in that range,
but I found a place that rents in Western Canada,

Biggar maybe, but you won't find anything that reaasonable in PA or Meadow lake without it being a shack or a fixer upper.
