Skilled Worker / Professional Selection Criteria - Arranged Employment
The Arranged Employment Factor is one of the six factors for which points are awarded by Canadian Visa Officers in determining whether a Skilled Worker / Professional applicant will be accepted or refused. Up to 10 points are awarded under the Arranged Employment Factor as follows:
Arranged Employment Maximum 10
permanent job offer from a Canadian employer, approved by the Canadian Government Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), or
10
permanent job offer from a Canadian employer, without the necessity of HRSDC approval, if, at the time of applying for the Permanent Resident Visa, the applicant is employed in Canada by the same employer, on one of the Temporary Work Permits that allow for arranged employment.

* An additional 5 points may also be awarded under the Adaptability Factor.
IMMIGRATION NOTE :
A permanent job offer does not allow a foreign national to immigrate to Canada. Before a foreign national can become a permanent resident of Canada, they must :
Meet the requirements of the Skilled Worker Class ;
Have at least one year of work experience in a professional, managerial, or technical occupation under Canada's National Occupational Classification (NOC) system.
Or have Aids, sneak in and file for refugee status
