Can I take OSAP without a good credit history?

Hi guys, i could not find any info. in OSAP page regarding people with bad credit history , like collection companys are calling at my home ph. looking for money. I'd like to take OSAP but i do not know ,i can qualify or not because i owe to banks around 8000 from credit cards, Please help me with some info. Thanks

I think you would be best to call OSAP with this question

OSAP decides IF you qualify, the bank lends you the actual money. You better check with them!
