What makes you think they are looking for white FFs. Except your prejudice? It is extremely difficult to get non whites even as volunteers. ANd that includes on remote reserves. Near Impossible to get poor people too. Too much work for them.

Vaughan is a fair size place. According to this document, Vaughan has the 7th largest fire dept in Ontario. Only a small fraction of the fire dept is in the pic.

So, this post fails IMO.

Poor equates to lazy? I'll bet there are a lot on minimum wage farm workers (equated to poor to a union-scale mouthpiece) who'd pull your head off and poop down the hole with very little effort
