Rob Ford's wife Renata charged with impaired driving

I'm not condoning her actions but she should get off. She was on private property and not driving. I haven't kept up with the impaired driving charges but it used to be called 'in care and control' if you had the keys in the ignition.
And yes, in my youth I drove impaired, very impaired but thankfully and amazingly, I never hit anyone......
