The whole scheme smells bad. Actually many things smells bad both in Ottawa and Queens Park. This is total BS, Councillor Davis is correct in saying that the city being the 'sole' shareholders, would have to first agrees on any decisions and sign-off on agreed proposal. A partial privatization will pad the big wigs wallet, but will definitely flatten ours. So much for transparency.
