Study casts doubt on antioxidant supplements

A review of almost 70 studies suggests some antioxidant vitamin supplements may actually be harmful to your health.

"But most experts agree that the most effective way to get antioxidant vitamins is through food like fruits and vegetables."

Maybe, maybe not. The study boys seem to change their minds twice a year.
And look at Vitamin D! The new wonder elixir. The Globe today champions D again. It is more than a little embarrassing for the medical and scientific community. The sun has been anathema for some time and now it looks as though what they warned us against was essential to us. I'd link the Globe's lead article today but the site is not link friendly.
