Trudeau wouldn't have pushed it without having his mandate on carbon pricing in place.

It's the reason why he's actually achieved social license for pipelines and I'm in full agreement with the move.


Let's also not forget that Trump needs that same social license but he's failing because Nebraska is pushing back right now.
