The Left haven't been this shocked since Sonny Bono graced the cover of Skier's Weekly.

Thank Goodness! A publication that is acknowledging the new era America is moving into as opposed to lamenting the loss of the past.

If they are that shocked, HH, then they haven't been following Time all that long. The mag has never shied away from putting controversial news-makers on their front page.

Ayatullah Khomeini - 1979

Joseph Stalin - 1939 and 1942

Adolph Hitler - 1938

Northern Ontario,
At about 5 minutes to 11 this morning the five minute alert flashes on the tv screen to remind that the TV will be changing channels automatically...(A feature of Bell Express Vu pre-setting channel change when you want to make sure not to miss a show.)
So I ask my wife who was busy preparing lunch what show she had in mind...
When she said "The View" , I said to her "Wanna bet, that within 5 minutes they will be harping on Donald Trump and the rant is boud to last for 15 minutes?
Well, the show starts and the four biddies sit down with clapping from the audience of leftoids...
The first two words out of Whoopi's mouth were "Donald Trump"....
My wife grabs the remote and switched to "The Price is right"

Not any more interesting than the view, but people seem to be having fun instead of crying buckets........

Regardless of whether you support him or not, there is no doubt he has had the biggest impact. A logical choice for man of the year.

I believe it is 'Godwin', DS and your referral to that term is hardly apt in the context that the word hitler was presented.

Apparently, impact is one of the factors Time relies upon when making their decision.

it's just a two-bit magazine cover, and, considering the other idiots they've featured each year, who really cares.

Being 'Person of the Year' doesn't mean that Time thinks you're a great person. It's more like 'Newsmaker of the Year'.

Not sure why people are so bent out of shape about it.
